Always had a positive experience until today. Heater not working. Called for service. They can’t come out until Thursday to repair. Not sure what One Hour means in their eyes.

Trevor pulled and cleaned blower wheel and installed Oxyquantum Remote Complete with 2 UV bulbs. He explained everything very well. I appreciate his patience, knowledge, and professionalism.

We were very pleased with our scheduled preventative maintenance. Paul arrived right on time and explained everything he was going to do before he got started. He was very professional and courteous. He completed the work in a timely manner, offered some suggestions to keep our unit running efficiently. We hope to see him again at our next scheduled appointment.

Billy showed up on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our big unit wasn't working and one of our mini splits was down. He fixed our thermostat which fixed our big unit very quickly and immediately found the problem with the mini split and fixed it fast and for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use this company again and we will request Billy for sure!
