Mid Florida A/C

I called on Mid Florida A/C for help TWO TIMES this week and each was a very positive experience. First, the A/C at my home was not cooling effectively and then the very next day my Aunt had a problem with the A/C system at her home, which wasn't blowing any air at all. AL TAYLOR was awesome at my home on the first day. And then ADAM was equally amazing at my Aunt's home the following day. Both Adam and Al were prompt and extremely friendly and helpful and, in each case, they thoroughly explained what the problem was, presented all available options, and performed the work necessary to get each system up and running the same day.

I am a new customer and everyone has been wonderful and personably. Prior to my scheduled appointment, someone from the office called to let me know my tech was on the way. Sal arrived he was very professional and courteous. He inquired if the system was working good and then got directly to work. I was so impressed, I sign a yearly contract which was comprehensive and reasonable. Very happy and hope to continue a long term relationship with this company. Great job Sal.

Al is our service tech for our Preschool. He always comes right away if we have problems and he is very knowledgeable. Al always has a smile and is great at interacting with the kids in the classroom to put them at ease when he's working. Al Taylor is the Best. Mid-Florida has been servicing the ac units in our school for well over 20 years. I highly recommend them!

I have to say this company has been a pleasure to work with. They covered my warranty without trying to argue it and they have an awesome extended warranty after the original expires. Adam, the tech, is an amazing guy. He knows his stuff and was genuinely a friendly person. Great company and I highly recommend.

Wonderful job by the staff at Mid Florida AC. When I had issue with the AC I contacted Al Taylor. He provided estimate which was very reasonable. Thank you Al for all your assistance. I called Mid Florida A/C’s office soon after they opened and was told that the window for someone to arrive for the repair would be between noon to 3:00. Around 1:00 I received a call from their office that the service tech would arrive in 15-20 minutes, which he did. Al was the tech that came to my home. He did a great job. My A/C problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. The cost was very reasonable. It was my first time using Mid Florida A/C. I’ll certainly contact them again when needed.

I have maintained a service agreement with Mid Florida Air for over 10 years. The service agreement covers the service call, minor parts and labor in addition to an annual ‘tune up’ and assessment so that it continues to run efficiently through the year, helping keep my power bill down as well as a longer life for my unit.
I love that Mid Florida Air reaches out to me for my annual appointment, so I do not even need to think about it. I recently decided to replace my entire HCVAC system. Cori, helped make every aspect of the process go so smoothly. Selecting the proper unit, pricing, answering all of my questions timely, setting up city permits, following up after the inspection was approved by the city and providing all the required documentation.
Cori, went above and beyond with her professionalism, patience and compassion. I appreciated her so much as I was dealing with caring for my mom in the hospital through the process. I am confident that you will be treated fairly when working with Mid Florida Air!

Originally had an issue with my AC system not cooling and running all the time. Called Mid Florida who came out quickly on Friday and put Freon in the system. Educated us on our system being older and not the best grade. By Saturday the unit again wasn’t cooling. I called quickly Monday morning and they were out again at my house within two hours. They let me know there was a serious leak in our unit that would cost $1200. Again just educating me that are system again was older and the repair wasn’t something that would last. I ended up deciding to just get a better brand (Carrier) installed and replaced. They refunded all my money from Fridays call and took a small percentage off my new unit. They were out Friday and replaced the inside and outside until within five hours. Not only has the house finally stayed cool but the new system is so much quieter! I couldn’t be happier. Al and his team did such a good job 👍🏼 would highly recommend.

Al checked my AC and had it going in no time. He was polite and very professional. I have asthma and get scared when the AC has issues. I am not from Florida and the heat, humidity and allergies make it hard to breath. Thanks so much Al! Your GREAT!

Adam did a wonderful, fast, and reliable job fixing our AC. He is a knowledgeable and friendly technician and is recommended for his honesty and great effort in completing the job in a timely manner.
The customer service is greatly appreciated as well, for the fast response finding an available technician to fix our AC.
