Mid Florida A/C

Our system was serviced today by Al, a very professional, experienced technician. He answered all my questions and helped resolve what we thought was an issue that turned out to be nothing. He was focused on servicing our system and made sure everything was cleaned before he left. I highly recommend Al and Mid Florida A/C.

When you live in Florida the whole year the AC is very important. When I called Al Taylor he came out right away, completed an inspection and went over all the options with me. Al was very respectful of my home, time and I really appreciated his expertise. Jesse and Jerry completed the removal and installation of a new unit. They were professional and I was very pleased at how they kept a neat work area. I would recommend Mid Florida to everyone, especially family and friends. Great job all around and the owner should be proud at how his company was represented.

Called them out and paid emergency price to fix my brand new A/C unit. They missed a leak on the outdoor unit and had to come back to fix it. Not before being very nasty with my father and trying to make me pay again for their mistake. My A/C still isn't running properly. It's over 80 degrees in my house with a 10 month old unit.

Edit: Not sure how to respond to replies. It is interesting to me that you chose to avoid replying to any of the actual grievances that I outlined. I never claimed in the review that you installed the unit. I have the permit in my hands as it was installed on a emergency County grant, a service your business declined to accept, again very rudely on the phone, which is unfortunate because I called your company first hoping you would accept due to your "stellar" reputation. The technician that did the install is incapacitated, therefore I chose to spend my own money soliciting the services of your business to fix the issues instead of relying on my warranty. Additionally, the choice of contractor was the discretion of the County. However, it seems that your technicians are not capable of successfully diagnosing A/C systems, or my unit would certainly be fixed. I use a Goodman unit, which is very common and generally reliable. If your technicians are not capable of remedying the issues, just say that. But instead, they came to my residence twice and have not successfully fixed the issues. The service was never a question of money. I am compelled to leave a negative review because I hired your company to fix the issues, yet they are still unresolved. I would happy to revise the review if service was completed, but I have considerable distrust in your technician's abilities.

I had an ac n furnace install over a year ago. I had a power surge and unit stop cooling. I called them and they came in a timely manner. AL Taylor came to service it and fix it. Just by listening he knew what was wrong with it. 5 minutes later my ac was cooling. I highly recommend to buy the extended warranty and services. Thank you guys!!! Mid-FL air was very prompt in responding to my call. My ac was not working And I had been waiting 4 days for my usual company to show up. A friend gave me your number and Al Taylor was here within half an hour. He discussed the ac problem and my options. I decided on a new unit. It was installed 3 days later. In the meantime, Al arranged for a portable ac unit That Tobin installed. Tobin, Christian and Matt installed the unit on Friday. All 4 of these technicians were efficient, professional and showed concern for helping me get the service I needed. I definitely will use this company in the future and have already referred them to friends.

I was having issues with my AC unit on a Sunday afternoon. I thought I had a clogged drain line. I called at 5pm and left a message with emergency service. Within 10 minutes Dan B called me back and was here in another 10 minutes! He was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and took care of my unit. You have a great employee representing your company. I'm completely satisfied with my service, especially on a Sunday evening! Thanks Dan!

I highly recommend Mid Florida A/C. I've had a great experience with them throughout the years. Today, Adam helped in my AC maintenance. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and I want to specifically give him 5 stars for his help today. What a polite and energetic young man.
