Senior Tech Al Taylor has assisted us with our a/c twice now and has been extremely professional and explains things in layman terms so they are easily understood. I have nothing but the utmost confidence in his ability and will rely on his expertise in the future.

I had the best repair experience with Mid Florida A/C. The tech came by and inspected my A/C issue. He had me up and going in a very short time. When I called he was home having dinner and came over after supper to take a look. Al is a very professional and talented service tech! I recommend him and Mid Florida to anyone and everyone. We had a new Carrier system installed, what a difference! Al Taylor went above and beyond to get it here amid supply issues, and made sure the old system kept cooling in the meantime. Install Techs Jesse and Ed had the system in, and up and running in under 4 hours! Everyone involved was friendly, professional and courteous. They went over the system and answered any and all questions. There is a reason Mid Florida A/C has been around for over 41 years.

Al Taylor came out on a QUICKLY on a Sunday and got the system working again. He honestly explained my options, and provided a good estimate on full system replacement.

My AC blower motor quit and I decided to call Mid Florida Air. They installed my first unit 32 years ago when I built my house. Al Taylor came over the same day and diagnosed the fan relay was faulty. Since the unit is 18 years old we opted for replacement. Al was able to work all of this out that day. His installation team came out two days later, since I was leaving town. They did a great job.. Al came by first thing that day to supervise and then came back a second time after the work was done. He trained us on the new thermostat and what user maintenance there would be. I am completely satisfied and give Mid Florida, Al Taylor and his team my highest recommendation. Give them a call. I called with an issue and Al arrived within minutes. Al was so kind and informative. Al ordered the part needed and came back 2 days later and fixed everything perfectly.

My AC broke on Sunday last week, started shopping around for prices and everybody wanted to break us with a price that we couldn't afford. My husband asked in the Facebook pages for suggestions on affordable companies and everybody lead us to these people. So glad they did, in a few hours Al Taylor came to the house, and his professionalism was outstanding, the understanding, the huge way he handle my frustration because of the heat, I'm talking 97 degrees inside the house, with pets and a disable kid. The process was quick and easy, Because of the high demand it was going to take a few days to have the new AC install, but he sent someone the next day with a portable unit, days later we got another one to help with the heat. These people went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, The day of the installation came and we had two great guys doing the job Ed and Chris , work non stop to make sure that AC was up and running. Their service is outstanding, I highly recommend them....THE BEST
