Mid Florida A/C

The company does carry good AC units. But the price is a bit steep. And from dialogue they do not appear to appreciate the military or veterans. I base the aforementioned on trying to see if they offered a military discount (like Publix does on Veterans Day, like most every business does). I spent twenty years in the military so this company could thrive and grow. And they appear to not appreciate it. I talked to the service rep today and she stated that the "State" does not allow them to offer a military discount? I had a further dialogue with her and stated our wonderful governor was a Navy Veteran and it did not seem plausible that Governor De Santis would not allow this. She then stated that when a unit was purchased they would offer a discount....which is not true because when I got my quote the rep stated the prices were too low to offer any discounts. They have serious veracity issues.

The entire staff is amazing....Marsha in the office is very knowledgeable, friendly and has a sense of urgency. All of the techs are professional and experts in their field., Adam is amazing...he knows his craft and answers all of our questions,

Very pleased with Al Taylor and team at Mid-Florida A/C. The whole process was smooth and efficient and they were able to expedite our request to replace the a/c unit within the same week. I had to make an emergency call on a weekend when my AC stopped working. I called after 6pm and was quickly called back by Al Taylor who was professional and friendly and let me know he will get to me as soon as possible, as he had a couple people before me. Al had great communication and got to me quicker than I anticipated. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He found what the issue was quickly and was able to do the necessary repairs for me. I really appreciate his hard work and service he provided and will be using Al for all my HVAC needs going forward!

called the office and they were able to send out a service tech a couple hours later. My service tech Al Taylor was great. He knows his stuff and very knowledgeable. He figured out the issue and had my AC blowing cold again. I have use Mid Florida a few times and they are great. Good prices, great work, and honest people.
