From the phone staff to the techs - this whole co. makes customers their #1 priority. I've used these guys twice and both times they were super responsive. (FYI: called a competitor who got back to me 2 weeks later!) Al showed up today super fast and helped diagnose our problem. He also encouraged me (and told me how) to redo the warranty on our system. Glad I found them. I guess there is a reason for all these great reviews.

I have been a customer of "Mid-Florida Air Conditioning, Inc " since I bought the home in 2004 and they were recommended by the previous owners.
Throughout the years, I have only used their services. They are top Professionals.
Honest and Fair prices and recommendations. All the Employees are respectful and knowledgeable.
AL Taylor (a Senior Tech) has been a longtime employee and is one that when you mention "Mid-Florida Air Conditioning DeBary" to someone they say "Do you know Al"?? A great asset for the Company!

Mid Florida once again proves they can really take care of their clients . This week, my mother had a new ac unit install at her home and let me say the professionalism that Mr Al Taylor has for his customers really needs to be noted. From the sense of urgency of our first call to the follow up calls about install times to the finalization of the work order, we knew we were in good hands with Al Taylor. I feel at ease knowing my mother is sitting in a cool house with a new unit that will last her for years. Thanks again Al for taking care of us so efficiently. We are Mid Florida customers for life!
