Mid Florida A/C

AC went out after hours. Left message, Sal called back within an hour.(Responsive) I decided to schedule a service before noon the next day. At 8:30 Sal was at my door.(on time) After checking out the AC it was decided to replace it . (Professional). The estimate was slightly less than a estimate I obtained six weeks prior but hadn’t acted on. (Good value). The unit was made by Carrier (Good quality). Mid Florida loaned us a portable AC to help us with the wait for the new unit to be installed. (Customer care). Crew showed up when scheduled, completed job in a professional manner. (One happy cool family). Highly recommend this company!!!

Our tech, Al Taylor, was on time and quickly set up and got to work. He was very efficient and had the ac working again in under an hour. I would highly recommend Mid Florida air and Al.

Good kudos to Al Taylor for installing my new unit today. The service and professionalism that I received was phenomenal.

Today, 6/9/20, I called Mid-Florida A/C for the first time as my unit was running but wasn't producing cold air . I read the reviews and saw Al Taylor's name repeatedly as being very good so I asked if they could send him out today. He arrived later today and when he asked me to turn my A/C back on, he knew within one minute what the problem was. He fixed it by replacing a part in the outside unit and what a relief it was to me. When it's time to replace my entire system I know that this company will be doing the work. Thanks for your prompt service and knowledge.

This company installed our unit a few years ago. Always a pleasant experience. Al knew right away the issue, and fixed it immediately. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and pet friendly!

AL came out on a Friday night to notice my condenser 4 feet from my house. It was a old system and time for an upgrade. He was very helpful, Knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process. Actually down sold me to a smaller unit than i wanted because it wasn't necessary. The techs Ed & Eric were professional, Clean and didn't leave a scrap behind! Oh and also they had very fair pricing. Would highly recommend this Local Debary company.

Received service from Al Taylor. He was quick to diagnose the issue and went over the options for fixing it. He came back today to install the ordered part and was quick, friendly and awesome.
