Gus was amazing! Very hard working, and determined to figure out what was wrong with my AC. I ended up having to get a new unit but he didn’t rush my decision and gave me all the information needed. Gus was on time and provided great communication - I would highly recommend him!

I knew something was seriously wrong with our unit when we woke up to the AC unit making a very VERY loud noise. I was concerned being that we have a 1 year old and knew the unit needed to be looked at ASAP. Calling Gus at Penguin Air was the best decision! He is very professional, prompt, and provided guidance with financing options. It has been 4 days since our unit was replaced and we love it! We notice a significant difference ! i used you guys's service a year ago and was satisfied. last week my another house' tenant reported the AC did not work and i just suggested them to call Penguin. Again. Horrible Service! They installed my new AC unit, since the installations there were problems, the guys that installed it seem that had no experience, at least with the unit I bought. It took them like 3 times to pass inspection. Now is 1 half year since installation and the unit is not working since Tuesday afternoon (today is Monday). The girl in the office has no sense of priority! She said on Thursday when I call her at noon that the replacement part was in the UPS truck, then when I called again around 4:00 pm she (Joyce) said they had cancel my order! I have call today but no one answers, there is no manager or anyone to take charge and get things done! Not very happy with their service, the sad part is that I already spend to much money on this. Update since I knew they were not going to be on top of things I called this morning to find out what is the status on the part and she says that their supplier has it in stock but she cannot schedule me until tomorrow! I have been with out AC since last Tuesday and she doesn't think I'm a priority??? She has the nerve to tell me that her technician is booked!! If I could take stars off I would give them negative 5.

AC going out in the middle of summer in Florida, is a nightmare. Called Penguin at 10 am, they arrived by 2:30. Anton the technician was not only a real nice guy, but he worked in the rain until my AC was fixed. Fixed my AC unit instead of trying to sell me a new 5000 dollar unit. Saved me money, kept me cool and happy. If i could give 6 stars, I would.

10 stars for quality of installation, courtesy, fast response, professionalism and knowledge of HVAC systems. Gus and Dale are superstars. If the next 15 years with this system run as smoothly as the installation, then we will be forever grateful to Penguin Air for caring about its customers enough to hire the best in the business.

Our air conditioning stopped working around 6:00 pm, but a call to Penguin Air had us up and running again by 8:30. Gus was our technician. He was professional and fast. Will definitely use them again.
