As a first time home owner I was incredibly anxious when my AC started acting up only a year after purchasing a condo. Gus and his fantastic service crew at Penguin Air, walked me through my issues step by step and made sure I understood what the problem was and gave me all the options to go about fixing it. The work that needed to be done was handled professionally and finished quickly. It was very clear that every employee that I had contact with was genuinely concerned about me (as a customer) and did everything they could to help restore my AC as fast as possible, and in the most cost efficient way.

I have been using Penguin Air for about 3 years now And I’m always impressed at his reliable, friendly disposition.

We have had a relationship with Penguin Air for several years, using them for routine maintenance of our A/C system. On Monday we came home from a 1-2 hour trip to the store to find our house very warm and the A/C unit not running. I called Steve at Penguin Air and he had a technician out within 2 hours to check out the unit. After determining that the unit could not be repaired he contacted Steve who was here within 30 minutes. Steve arranged for an install of a new system to happen the very next day. In just over 24 hours we had a new system and a comfortable home. The installers were professional, very meticulous and very neat. All in all, from the tech to Steve to the installers this was a great experience. I would highly recommend Penguin Air.

Had a problem with my AC. Unit was about 18 years old. Called Penguin Air and Gus Mondragon come out. He arrived at the time I was told someone would be out. He reviewed the system and informed me of my options. He was extremely professional and very thorough with his explanation of the options to correct the problems I was having. The most logical option was to replace the unit. I ordered a new unit and it was installed within 24 hours of my order. The price was competitive with other AC companies in the area. I did the research. The purchase included free service checks and I just received the first one today. Gus came out again and the service was the same. On time (called before he arrived to let me know he was close), professional, courteous, and thorough. I would highly recommend Gus and Penguin Air to anyone who needs AC work done in their home.

Great service and wonderful unit. Gus from penguin air really helped my family. We have four children all under the age of 7 and had no ac Gus came in took a look and gave me a quote. Helped us with financing and was in the following day to do a complete replacement of our unit. His crew was here from 11am until 9pm making sure our family had ac. So happy I went with my gut and chose this wonderful company. Gus with penguin air is the way to go!

Gus(manager) is very nice guy, I called him on Thursday late night, he answered my call in early Friday morning, then also came on Friday afternoon to give me the quote. When I decided to work with him, he called and set up the portable air conditioner came after 15 minutes for me to use. The whole brand new AC unit was installed on Wednesday and working fine so far. The price is not cheapest that can compare to some companies, but I think "what you paid...what you get". I have 10 years warranty parts and 10 years warranty labor plus 3 years free maintenance. I will recommend Mr.Gus and Penguin Air Conditioning for some friends if they need.

We purchased our air conditioning system from Penguin Air in 2016 and they have maintained it twice each year since then. Our technician Marcello has been excellent arriving on time and performing the service efficiently and effectively. Their office staff also has been helpful with the purchase of filters, and the scheduling of appointments. I recommend Penguin Air and Marcello to all.

Just moved into my new town house and could not get the AC to cool! I chose Penguin based on the good reviews. Even though it was after hours someone in the office answered and sent someone out within 30 minutes! Gus was wonderful totally professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the problem for tonight and gave me some great options for future needs. He didn't even complain about having to crawl into a hot attic! Would highly recommend Gus and Penguin Air anytime.

My house was hit by lightning and destroyed my AC unit. I research and study everything before making big purchases, like a new AC unit, and met with nine (9), yes NINE, air conditioning companies at my home in South Fort Myers for quotes. Many had good reviews online or were large established AC companies, but one company stood out above all others, Penguin Air. Gus, their Sales Manager, was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and took his time explaining everything to me in terms I could easily understand. Gus was the only salesman out of nine to properly diagnose that the existing duct work in my home was insufficient for the existing and future unit, and that this would be corrected for free with the install. Gus was also the only salesman that did not attempt to sell me options I did not need, and even talked me out of several options that I thought I needed. In the end, I was provided with a quote that put the competition to shame and included an air conditioning unit that was superior to all others quoted. I made my decision to go with Penguin in the late afternoon hours of a Thursday and Gus was still able to arrange a next day installation of the new unit. No other company was able to do this. This was a relief since my home was 88 degrees inside and sleep was impossible.

The installers, Wally and Lewis, arrived early the next morning as arranged and were punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They removed their shoes before entering my home, took their time, and the installation was beautiful. They corrected the air flow issue with the correct size duct work, and installed two new returns in my kid’s bedrooms at my request. Wally’s expertise in duct work was exemplary and the finished product appeared as if it had been installed when the home was built. Gus followed up with me immediately after the installation to ensure that I was satisfied and made sure that I knew they were there for me should I have issues or need anything in the future. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Penguin and highly recommend them above all others.
