5+star company !!! just purchased a new house and the air condition unit was fried , we phoned last Saturday and within 2 hours Gus was at my front door. After checking the unit and doing some tests it was done . Gus said he could possibly get his installers in on Sunday and he made it happen. Hats off to everyone at Penguin Air Condition the installers took pride in their work and paid attention to every detail, the installation is top notch I would definetley recommend this company to anyone needing air conditioning. Than you Penguin Air. I arrive back to Fort Myers after being away for weeks. It was 90 plus degrees and my AC was not working. Penguin Air was recommended by my homewatch company, they were amazing. The Tech (Marcello) was very helpful, he was in touch with Steven and Dale at the office and together they solved my problem. I need to add that their response time was less than 30 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

As I was preparing to head back north for the summer, I discovered that my air conditioner was on its last legs. After discussing all the options with Gus, I decided getting a new unit was my best option. Gus was able to rearrange the schedule of various text to get the job done in a little over 24 hours at a fair price. I highly recommend Penguin air for their professionalism and courtesy!

I wanted to be sure to write a glowing review for how quickly & smoothly the repair of our ductwork was handled by Penguin Air. We had no idea how poor the condition of our ductwork was! If that mildew had not formed in the ceiling in that one small area, we could have gone on for months or years not knowing we had holes in it!

When we called for an inspection of our attic area to see what was causing the mildew, you guys were out within a day! Very quickly the problem was diagnosed, pictures taken of the ripped ductwork and wet insulation from the condensation that was forming from the cold air hitting the hot air.

The crew that came out to do the repair and replacement of the ductwork were very respectful about asking permission to enter any rooms in the house, were very friendly to us & to our dogs. They worked so fast and were dying from the heat up in the attic-but always had a smile for us and had our ductwork replaced and the AC back on in just a couple of hours. They cleaned up their mess very well before they left and we can only say good things about them and the whole experience.

Almost immediately we noticed an improvement in the coolness in our home, especially in the rooms closest to the deteriorated and torn duct work. What a difference it made to have new ductwork!

Thank you so much for coordinating all of that, for getting it done so quickly, and for the crew being so great about doing such a miserably hot job!

My experience with Penguin Air was EXCELLENT! Cale came right out to my place and really worked hard to get me the best price and unit I needed, extremely knowledgeable! I even conference called my father, who was traveling and stopped at a gas station to address my situation. My old unit completely broke down and I had to get a new one. I have talked to a few people and told them what they charged me for my new Trane unit and they said I got an incredible deal! Thanks to Cale, he really worked the numbers that allowed me to get the best unit I needed and the best brand out there... a TRANE!!! The installation team was awesome! They made sure the unit was installed and sealed perfectly. Very professional! I highly recommend Penguin Air Conditioning!!

Just had our original A/C unit replaced by the professionals at Penguin Air. These guys are fantastic! Gus the Service Manager explained everything and came by twice during the install which was superbly done by Eddil. We could not ask for better customer service. If you are in need of either a new A/C unit or servicing, these guys are highly recommended.

I called penguin air at 1pm to see if they can come out and check to see why my air wasn't cooling properly. The lady that answered the call was extremely nice and professional and told me they can have someone out to my house within an hour! Gus arrived to my house and was extremely professional as well and told me what needed to be done without being pushy or trying to "sell me" anything!! I contacted Penguin Air due to a potential mold issue I was having. I initially had the pleasure of speaking with Erica, who clearly was concerned for me. She set up an appointment for the following day.

Gus, who explained that he was a certified HVAC technician arrived on time, he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He assessed the mold issue and informed me of the seriously of the issue, provided me with a detailed description of the problem and how to resolve it. He performed diagnostic testing and showed me the results of his findings. He gave me his cell phone number to contact with any questions and informed me to call if I needed any further advise.

I am very impressed with the service I have received from Penguin Air and I will use them for all future A/C issue I have in the future.

I am currently renting a condo, but plan to use Penguin Air when I move to inspect the A/C Unit in my next condo/house. Even though the mold situation is awful, Gus made things palatable! Thanks, Gus!
