Penguin Air Conditioning Service

I called to have my HVAC serviced/looked at because it was not working as it should. Gus came out to service/inspect and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done. We had others come out and look and received a few different estimates, however no one else explained anything the way Gus did, so we decided to go with penguin. Everyone involved in the entire process was very professional from the first phone call to the inspection after the work was completed. I want to thank Gus, Nate, Dustin and Dale for all their time and help. Nate and Dustin did the installation at our home and did an outstanding job. Shortly after the work was completed, Gus took the time to come by and look things over and to see if I had any question and to make sure that we where happy!!

It was the day after Christmas so they were very busy. They got here late evening. Very polite. Did a great job. Very reasonable. Diligent. I will use them for all my heating and air needs.

Called for service, wasn’t an emergency and could have waited a few days (Garage A/C) but they were out within two hours on a Saturday and did a great job. A/C is back up and running.

Great, fast service the same day I called (after power restored following Hurricane Ian). I am extremely impressed with the service provided to me by this company (I had never used them before - but will definitely again). So I’ve been going to a competitor of theirs for 7 years, this was my first interaction with them, Nathan and Glen were amazing. In the 8.5 years I’ve lived at my house my ac never worked this well. Have always been prompt, reliable, professional, and gets the job done. Marcello has been the tech who has worked on my ac each time. He takes the time to explain to me what he is doing and what I need to do also to keep a/c running most efficiently.
