Great company! Their work is always out standing and their prices are highly competitive. I would definitely recommend this company to others. They always come within the time frame given and their maintenance contract always comes in handy when you call them. 5 star rating for their services and professionalism!

A total rip-off firm. Had an initial experience when my tenant needed an emergency visit. The firm did come right away. The tech did everything possible to "up" the bill. Finally found what was wrong after about $300 worth of work. Total visit cost in excess of $600.
Purchased the service contract. Was over the 6 month period by a few weeks. Was charged an extra $49.95. Needed coolant. Was charged $225 for coolant. Total "regular" service visit $364.

Stay away from this firm. I just had a service visit from a different firm at another of my properties. $179 including more coolant.

On top of all the charges in a one year period, about 4 months after the service call I was called to say a tech was "in the area" and that records show the system "needed" a tune up. Can't imagine how much that would have cost. I told them certainly not and got a big sales pitch along with an explanation of how "expensive" coolant was.

Terrible rip off firm.

Henry Sanchez was polite, professional and informative while servicing my a/c system. You are lucky to have him as an employee.

I find this company to be trustworthy! Today there are so many companies offering great services but customer service and quality of service is very important to me and I trust the AC Guy to install equipment in my home as if they were it in his Mother’s home! Our A/C stopped blowing cold air. They showed up within the hour of calling and fixed the problem. Even came in and showed the part to us and explained it all. Will use again.
