John and everyone at The A/C Guy do outstanding work and are always there when you need them. Been with them almost 20 years and wouldn't use anyone else!

They came just two hours after we called, found the problem immediately, had the replacement part in his van, and had the A/C going 1/2 hour after he initially walked through the door!

Ac fan went out after 9years of hard work, got it replaced super fast super nice job, can't live without Ac in South Florida...the technician is very professional and be a mechanic my self I do appreciate the attention to detail and hard work.

This company can use some serious CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED ANYONE IN MY LIFE AS RUDE!!! TAKE YOUR CHANCES. EXPECT TO HAVE RETURN VISITS AFTER INITIAL REPAIR VISIT. NOT THOUROUGH... IF THERE WAS ANYTHING LOWER THAN "1 STAR" WOULD GIVE THEM A MINUS. 2 ENCOUNTERS IN 2 YEARS. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DROPPED TREMENDOUSLY!!!

The technician did not find it necessary to check the a/c unit and just started quoting prices for a new a/c and charged a service charge even though no work was actually done.
