This company has horrible customer service, refused to properly explain manufacturer procedures and doesn't respect their customers. Would never recommend their services, also hires technicians that are on drugs. Smh

I needed help after my A/C broke post hurricane. They came out right away and replaced my fan motor. Now my unit is running great.

i can only recommend that if you need an ac unit or service do your homework. I in fact used the a/c guy for a job at my house. it all works, not completely correct, ..........so do your homework

STAY AWAY! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE LICENSED PERSONNEL. THEY CAME OVER TO CHECK MY BAD UNIT BUT THEY WERE CHECKING A UNIT THAT WASN'T BEING USED BY ANYONE IN THE BUSINESS PLAZA. SO THEY ENDED UP SAYING THERE WAS NO POWER IN MY A/C AND THAT WAS THE REASON WHY IT WAS NOT WORKING. WHAT A STUPID MIND, THE A/C WAS RUNNING BUT BLOWING COLD AIR. HOW COULD AN A/C RUN IF IT HAD NO POWER. THEN THEY APOLOGIZED AND TRIED TO SELL ME A BRAND NEW UNIT SINCE THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY SAID THEY COULD FIX IT FOR FROM $1500 TO $2500 SO THEY TOLD ME THAT I WAS BETTER OFF BUYING A NEW ONE.
READ THIS PART. AFTER ALL, I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE A/C THAT A/C GUY CHECKED HAD NO PROBLEM AT ALL. IT WAS THE OTHER A/C UNIT THAT HAD THE PROBLEM WHICH COULD BE FIXED FOR $400 (WITHOUT NEGOTIATION). I GOT IT FIXED.
SO GUYS PLEASE STAY AWAY AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE. IT'S NOT JUST A BAD EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD. ITS JUST SO OBVIOUS THE A/C GUY INC DOES NOT KNOW AND DOESN’T HAVE LICENSED PERSONNEL FOR ELECTRIC.
