Best in service and price out of the plumbing services I've used

We got an estimate from them and had some simple questions. After multiple calls and emails, they did not get back to us over a week's time, so we called another company. We had been told by McNell that to reroute our drain pipe from under our slab house we would need a pump in addition to the rerouting. Another company said that gravity feed would be fine, and we've been using that for about a month now with no problems and it was more than $1000 cheaper besides not having to maintain a pump or having it not work when the power goes out. So McNeill does not communicate with customers in anywhere near a timely manner and are at best incompetent when giving estimates, although personally I think that they're shysters. I would give their company zero stars, although their office staff are great and I feel sorry that they have to deal with their incompetent-at-best higher-ups.

Simply the BEST for my plumbing needs over the years. I'm frugal, but when it comes to plumbing I don't take chances. Keith McNeill has consistently provided the very best in quality, integrity, professionalism and peace of mind. Based on what you get, the price is very fair. We used Keith McNeill Plumbing twice. Though we had a issue the first time, the employees were polite and the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. However, after having a problem with them the second time, we definitely would not use this company again. Our second experience with them involved multiple rescheduled appointments due to their employee having a family problem and an issue with their billing practices. Though we disputed the time taken for services, the indifferent woman we spoke with just kept repeating that GPS showed they were right about how long their tech was at our house. We paid our bill in full and simply resolved to use another company in the future.

You get what you've paid for, always! Family run business, great, service from courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly employees. Available twenty-four hours, seven days a week, because plumbing emergencies don't keep banker's hours. Had a burst water line on a Sunday morning, and McNeil's, was out less than forty five minutes after my call for help. Routine maintenance, emergencies, major work, Keith McNeil Plumbing is your go to plumbing company.
Five stars all around, reasonable rates, great service when it counts. The best!

These people are good at what they do but they are way too laissez-fair about their customer engagement. They are not responsive, the guy who directs the tile work thinks he's the greatest thing since sliced bread, boarder line rude with his big bad attitude. And they are WAY over priced. $10,000 for re-tiling and hooking up existing shower plumbing. Over 10,000 dollars! With the most basic of tile allowance. Could of completely renovated for that price elsewhere. So live and learn. It pays to get 3 quotes. Guarantee you this guy will be the highest.

Needed a plumber and wanted to try someone new ….in search of great customer service. Hit the nail dead on the head with Keith McNeil and specifically Sim, our technician... a level of service that you do not see everyday, these days. Outstanding customer service goes a long, long way in determining the image your customers have of you, and Sim more than delivers. Keith and Chase.... I needed my water heater replaced and Keith McNeill Plumbing was immediate with scheduling an appointment (within 2 days - at my request [they probably would have done it sooner]). They were prompt the day of the appointment and were courteous, professional, and thorough. They gave a quote over the phone and kept to the quote.

Just contacted Keith McNeill Plumbing yesterday and they showed up early the next day and completed my work in record time. This is the second time I have contacted them for a job, and they are fast, efficient and extremely affordable. Another great job! Highly recommended
