I manage a property here in town and there was an emergency where there was a leak in my unit that was effecting the neighboring home. I called McNeill plumbing and they sent Fred out within 3 hours. I had 4 separate issues and all were handled within the hour of his arrival. The best part about everything was the invoice I received after he was complete. All I have to say is, WOW! Keith McNeill’s plumbing is my new go-to for all my plumbing needs!! Thanks Fred & the staff that was on duty 3/18/19 for your exceptional service.

This service call was for the business where I work. I've never used Keith McNeill for my private residence. The technician was super nice and fast. He fixed the problem and was on his way on less than an hour and was beyond considerate. I'd def recommend this company.

I tried to call Jason to ask about a question about our tankless water heater issue. The staff would not let me speak with Jason. We have spend alot on money with then in the past.

We had a Rinnai tankless water heater that was fully functional but started dripping water recently. We called Keith McNeill Plumbing because of the good reviews. The technicians came out the next day and suggested us to either replace the whole unit or fix the leak paying parts and labor. We chose to fixed the leak. But the good part ended here.

After the technicians put in the new parts, the master board of the unit was burnt when the heater was turned on for 20 seconds. Since the unit functioned well before the new parts, we suspected the master board was burnt because of the new parts or the installation. We tried to find a solution for the problem with the general manager who was very rude and refused to take any responsibility. We ended up asking them to take away the new parts and leave.

When they left, they crushed our water pipe! After this big mess, they still sent us a $110 bill, which is really ridiculous like the general manager called us. We will never deal with this plumber again!

New Water heater installation was done with excessive copper tubing, making the space where heater is —and has always been —nonfunctional for storage. Tubing sticks out in a big loop so we cannot use the space as we once did for storage. Complaints failed to get action to solve problem. Will have to pay someone else to redo this line so we can use space the way we did before. The new water heater is exactly the same size as old one. No reason this new uinstallation could not have been done the way the previous heater was installed. And for $1400 we are not happy. This company is no longer responsive to customers. Will never use them again.

No hot water, and quotes from other to break open the slab, to fixed without any demolition in less than 6 hours. Professional and obviously experienced, Caleb and Jordan were concerned with the care of the property and getting the job done correctly. They spent plenty of time troubleshooting and problem solving, which saved us thousands of dollars in unnecessary work and repairs. Plenty of opportunity to up-sell and find new problems to fix, and they guided us to the most cost effective solution. Sopping wet outside in the cold, they still had a smile and a warm handshake at the end of the job. They get our first call next time.

Working in the apartment industry it's so hard to find reliable plumbers, since using this company I highly recommend Keith McNeil for all your plumbing needs ! Jessica and Lindsey in the office are always great over the phone and Our Technician Amari was great very informative and got the job done!

The guy came out on the weekend, so I paid more for the service. He took less than 5 minutes to fix the clog. He said he would warranty it in case something else happens. Services are limited on the weekend. A week later the line is clogged again. I called back and the girl said there's no warranty for it. Awesome service. Thanks for nothing.

I had two of the most delightful service guys show up at my house. Johnny Bickley and Michael (sorry I forgot his last name). They were quick and sooo nice. It feels good to finally have plumbers we can rely and trust. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for them to come into my house while I wasn't there. And of course anyone who would dig all the dirt and animals out of my utility box is amazing in my book. Thanks for your service McNeill Plumbing! You have a customer for life!
