Very quick response, and quick to find an underground pipe leak (without any visible signs on the lawn). Professional, courteous, knowledge, and very reasonably priced. (Very surprised how little it cost me to get the pipe fixed) 10/10 would recommend.

Called in reference to a plumbing residential incidence; I was given an estimate over the phone as well as a window of time when the plumber would be arriving at my residence. Another phone call advised the plumber was on his way, arriving substantially more quickly. Service was fast, effective, and reasonably price; meeting my expectations based on the receptionist's quote.

Fixed in twenty minutes.

Mr. McNeill came out to my house to give me a quote for a water heater installation. He came out and seemed very knowledgeable and courteous. He said I would get a formal quote the next day. Well three days rolls around no word, I e-mail Mr. McNeil(still no reply). On the fourth day my wife makes a call to the main line to leave a message with the person who does the quotes(no call back from that). I call a few days later to see about the quote and leave a message(no call back from that). I gave up, and now I have wasted a lot of my time chasing this.

Just bought a house and the water value on toilet broke (just my luck lol). Even with the whole COVID-19 thing going on, dispatch got a plumber out to us quickly. Jerry did a fantastic job and was extremely profession. My wife and I are very grateful!

Schedule got lost and we caught the plumber outright lying to us about an item being non-repairable trying to get us to buy parts from them.

The positive side is that the office staff has been very helpful in getting issues corrected and also providing additional documentation

Plumber was cool and fixed the problem quickly but arrived 1 hour after the 3 hour window I was given and wasn't notified they were behind schedule until after the window. He also didn't wear a mask.

Well, they charge based on the time they spend on your pluming. So they can slow down and ask for extra money. The guy who checked my house was so unprofessional. He requested 200 dollars and told me he couldn't find out the problem, unless I pay more for his time to find out the problem. That is ridiculous. Plus, I called them and the lady talked with me was so impatient. The worst experience I had in Tallahassee.

McNeill staff was wonderful, very responsive, fixing a busted pipe in our bathroom wall. Really appreciate the honesty, hard work and fair pricing. Will be calling McNeill for all of our plumbing needs.

Cameron and his helper did a wonderful installation of a Navien tankless water heater in my garage. KMP coordinated all the trades (electric, Tallahassee gas, and inspection) to make the installation seamless and quick. Cameron explained the steps clearly and offered options that ensured I got the neat, attractive, and functional installation I wanted. Thanks Cameron and KMP.
