Just received exceptional service! Had septic and plumbing problems all within days of hurricane Irma coming to Tallahassee. After the storm my septic company Big Bend Septic Informed me not only do I have septic problems but plumbing problems as well. They recommended Trey Hyatt for my plumbing. I found out through calling that Hyatt had just merged with McNeil plumbing. McNeil sent out a young plumber named Taylor. He was so kind and knowledgeable! He saved me!!!!
Taylor worked fast and hard. Super courteous! I know they saved me money because he's so fast and thorough. He even cleaned up all his messes too! If all the plumbers are like Taylor then I highly recommend them! Thankful I called!

McNeil generally provides good service. However. Recently had to return the next day after installing faucets/sinks after countertops were replaced because almost all were leaking.

I called Jason at Keith McNeill Plumbing and told him of a problem I was having with a leak in my supply line. It was in a delicate place next to the house behind the landscaping. He sent out Corey. He went straight to work and did an excellent job, even improving on an issue left by the last company I had out. Not only is the problem fixed but the area where he was working is cleaner than it was when he got here. If there was a six star rating Corey would get it!!

Excellent job with replacing sink fixtures. Done quickly at very reasonable cost. It is great service, when both household members are disabled and unable to do the work themselves. Thank You!

Casey did a great job! I called to have a spigot replaced, but got 2
replaced for about half the price someone else was going to charge for 1. He took less than an hour from pulling in my driveway to leaving. I will definitely use McNeill when I have more plumbing issues.

Several weeks ago, I contacted this company to have gas appliances reconnected after flooring work. I specifically stated I wanted the gas flex hoses to be replaced at that time.The first person sent out left one in place despite having these same instructions given to him on site. Still haven't gotten the requested follow up call from the owner.

In all fairness to the second person who came out: he was courteous, professional, and did the requested work quickly.

I'll update based on any further contacts. Telling me I didn't really "need" to have the seven year old gas flex hose replaced after the worker left without doing was an example of what I've been told while attempting to get in contact with the owner about the experience.

Updated from one to three stars, and to add: I've talked to the owner, who stated he'll talk to the first tech about the visit. Right after, I made sure the account was settled and spoke to a customer service rep who had been less than professional before. This time she had upgraded her attitude to a sort of saccharin sneer, so he may have talked to her as well. Looks like your mileage may vary depending on who you get.

No job is too big or too small for Keith McNeill Plumbing! This job was just a matter of reconnecting the water and making sure everything worked after new countertops were installed. Tom was on time, professional and had everything hooked up, i.e. disposal, dishwasher and faucet in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Keith McNeill Plumbing every time!

Why would you use anyone else? I have beat my head against the wall with other contractors promising but not delivering. Keith McNeill Plumbing delivers...PERIOD! If you want it done right, at a fair price and all your expectations met, call Keith McNeill Plumbing.

I can’t say enough about my experience with this company. Corey and his helper came to my house to fix a leak in my bathtub. They were both courteous and professional. Corey even went the “extra mile” to fix a mistake I had made. The price for what they did was very fair. Great Job!

I have had the best service from McNeill Plumbing that anyone could ever have !! My rental property had a major problem and at first had a hot water slab leak then a cold water slab leak . I worked with my renters to the best of my ability. They had a small inconvenience with the hot water but then it became bigger ! I was in touch with them everyday and they said all was going . When the cold water pipe broke they were there to fix the problem and we repiped the whole house !! I offered the renters to stay at a hotel and they said they would wait and could survive . Violet Griffin wrote a nasty review and I as the landlord want to put this straight!! McNeill Plumbing came to my need and ina courteous and efficient manner . I couldn’t believe how well they responded to my needs !! They are an excellent company and I stand by them whole heartedly Sincerely Debbie Hellings
