I usually don't write reviews, but I was so thankful for McNeill for fitting a first-time customer like me into their schedule in my time of need. I wish I was better with names, but everyone I interacted with from the receptionist/dispatcher to the guys that did the work were A-1. Thanks again!

Always on time and they do great work at reasonable prices

I needed help at a rental and McNeill sent Chris to look at the problem, which he did and I spoke to him right away to order the work done even though the price seemed unreasonably high. That was all I got. They have five women in the office and after 10 days and many phone calls no one could tell me why my order to repair the problem was lost and was not done. Needless to say, I have had to move on and will not rely on them again.

The gentleman that came out to our house was Elvis. He was Clean, Polite, very helpful! Quick to diagnose the problem and took care of it. I will call them again if I ever have any other plumbing issues without hesitation! 10 STARS !!!

Beware, do not use this company!!! They charged me $423.34 to solder a single copper pipe that was exposed and easily accessible. They requested my credit card number, which I provided, since they seemed like a reputable company, but I'm sorry I did that now. I still have not received a bill from them. I've called their office nine times, and now they are avoiding my calls. Beware, do not use this company!!!

I called Keith McNeill Plumbing at 7:06 last night due to an emergency in my downstairs bathroom. Water was pouring out of the toilet even though I turned the valve off. I told
the woman who took my info that this was an emergency as flooding the downstairs was a real possibility and she said someone would be getting back with me shortly. Something about the tone of her voice told me that I should call another emergency plumber just to be safe. Good thing that I did! Keith McNeill NEVER CALLED BACK. White’s Plumbing called back within ten minutes, came out as soon as they were done with their current call, and fixed the problem. At least now I know which plumbing company NOT to call and who to tell friends NOT to call.

I needed to replace a cracked toilet, leaking of course, and McNeill Plumbing did an outstanding job as they always do when called. They responded quickly, courteously and professionally and the finished job was picture perfect. I do not hesitate when needing a plumbing service, I always call McNeill.

I will change this if I get a return call. I've contacted them twice to get clarification on a service ticket with no return call. I just called them a third time. Moved up to a 3. I did get a return call and great info from the tech. Now I am waiting on a call from another tech. I'll go to a 4 when that tech calls!

After months of trying to identify our problem, Fred with McNeill used his years of experience to troubleshoot and identify the source of our problems. He was able to think outside the box for a solution that no one else could find. Fred and Barry were professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend their service.

It’s refreshing to have met such honest plumbers. I worked with Elvis and he was nice enough to stay on the phone with me for 30 minutes trying to troubleshoot my problem instead of just driving out and billing me for something very easy to fix. In the future whenever I have plumbing needs I’m going to give them a call!
