Overall, my experience has been very positive. Even with the stress of having a leak but not knowing the source, all 3 techs, Nick, Johnny and Jesse were very professional and took the time to explain things to me. I want to commend Johnny for taking a lot of time and care to detect the leak and being honest in his assessment when he told me he was not 100% sure the location he had the highest reading was a sure thing. I think he saved me a lot of money that it would have cost to dig up my foundation to find a leak that wasn't there. And for Nick's quick work in actually find the leak, even though I was very hesitant to break open that particular area my wall considering 3 previous plumbers had not suggested that.

He found it, and made quick work of fixing it, and even made the funky house bib and shut off configuration left by another company's tech look right and explained why the other way didn't really make sense in how to shut the water off to the house. Nick worked clean and left the area just as he found it. Finally, I appreciate the care demonstrated by Johnny's and Tony's follow up calls.

I would definitely call again if the need arises.

So far our Technician Carlos has been wonderful. We found out he will have to do more extensive work so I will save my full review until then. But he tried every tool he had to try to clear our drained clog.

Update: Success, the drain had been cleared and They gave us a discount thank goodness! Definitely recommend them!

The techs were on time (early actually), very professional and thoroughly explained what was wrong with our AC. They did great work and did not leave until the job was done and I was satisfied. We will definitely be using them for our commercial and residential needs!

Called 9/15/20 to learn about services and capabilities to perform a deep dive home plumbing inspection and possible video scope on an older home purchase. As a owner of many properties, it is critical to do your homework first and secure the right company services to conduct an assessment to avoid buyer beware problems. Every plumbing company offer different service capabilities and pricing. Spoke with a Tony, who gave very vague answers to my questions. He needed to know the specific property address before continuing. The address is immaterial if you are told the general vicinity North Harbor WPB. Difficult to get service specifics or on-site visit price. Tony advised me to call a third time with the address before discussing further due to data entry needed and hung up on a prospect customer! Six competitor area plumbing companies were delighted to address questions and offer costs without knowing the exact address. If they did not know the answer, a representative called you back immediately. Made you feel that they wanted your business. Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air just lost $600.00 initial visit and entire house plumbing renovations. Small vision equals no vision!

The technician Phillip Julian was awesome. I have had technicians come after hours before from other companies and it always seems like they are in a rush to leave. Phillip however was very thorough and made sure the clog was gone. It started raining and I asked him if he wanted to wait it out, but instead he continued and made sure we were taken care of. I would recommend their service to anyone needing it, specially after hours when you are in more of a need and already stressed. Thank you for making a bad situation much easier and resolving the issue in a timely and thorough manner.

Hi tech fixed the valve under my sink and in the process, broke the supply hose. I discovered the new leak soon after they left, but they were already closed for the evening. When they came back the next day, they treated it as a whole new job, and gave me a choice of either paying for the new repair or paying a show up fee. Feeling like I was over a barrel, I had them repair it, bringing the original, $189 repair to a grand total of over $400. I complained, first by phone and then by email. They finally responded after many additional calls from me, a full month later. They compared the job to a jenga puzzle. Even my grandkids know that if you topple the jenga blocks, you lose....not the owner of the blocks.
I've gotten opinions from other plumbers who told me the price and the service were both outrageously bad.

Our technician checked our Water Heater and replaced the pipes to upgrade and did the necessary maintenance. Nick came to our house following all the COVID-19 precautions, very polite and professional as he did his work thoroughly and timely. We recommend Hi Tech Plumbing and Air for our future needs. Nemo tech was great would not leave until
Bbq was working correctly all aspects and tested to make sure all was good . He was great

Very professionally work, and a year later we received a beautiful holiday basket for Holiday season, that’s very nice touch from customers service. I told my husband how can we go elsewhere if the vendor show how much they appreciated your business like this.
06/7/2020: I had issue with condensation and took picture and call them back, without any problem they schedule technicians back to fix the issue with no cost. They are responsible for their works. Thank you
