Service Rep and Tech were very professional and explained the service very well.

Kenneth was my Technician today, and he was great!! Besides doing a great job, he advised me on other issues for improvement of the A/C. Thank you so much Kenneth.

I have used Hi-Tech plumbing and air several times and highly recommend them. They are courteous, punctual, friendly and practice all Covid cautions. My tech was Nick, he’s great and really makes sure I know what needed to be done, how much it would cost and how long it would take. Everything he has done at my house and condo has been perfect.

Very professional service from both plumbing expert and AC expert. Very fair pricing and completed the jobs on same day scheduled. I have lived in Palm Beach County for over 25 years and have had my fair share of trying to find honest and knowledgeable service companies. I was so impressed with Hi Tech that I signed up for both plumbing and AC maintenance service contract—— that is something that I would not have ever considered with prior service companies. I have and will continue to recommend Hi Tech to my friends, family, and neighbors.

I contacted this company to install my tankless water heater. I’m so glad I did. Pablo came right on time. He was accommodating, polite, respectful and professional. It is very important to me to trust the work that is done so I can feel confident and reassured I won’t have problems. I accomplished this with this company- Hi Tech plumbing and Air. Pablo and his electrician installed a new water heater , in a very tight closet space and took their time to do the job right. I’m so relieved I called them and feel confident in their work.

Our service tech, Nick, and everyone at the office we were in communication with before and after Nicks visit was as excellent as they possibly could be. Super nice and took the time to explain everything to us so we knew what was going on. Even though we ended up only getting a diagnosis from Nick and we ended up using a family friend to make repair, we would recommend Hitech to anyone!

I've used this company many times for multiple plumbing/ac issues. One of their past employees was great but he's no longer there and I've gotten a few other techs of theirs. Every one of them has tried to charge me ridiculous prices and unnecessary fixes. I had a toilet that just needed a small rubber replacement of a $10 part while they were already out for a large job and they tried to charge over $500. Eventually I got the toilet fixed for free in order to keep me as a customer. I get the regular ac maintenance from them and the last visit they told me I needed Freon in my ac for another $300. Had another company come check it for me and it turns out the Freon levels are right where they should be. I'm currently trying to get refunded for my maintenance services but as of yet no luck. I highly recommend staying away from this company. It's been nothing but headaches and calls with supervisors. Stay away.

We used their service a month ago , they said was problem with circut braker replace it, with used one charge us $815.54,we called to ask replacement for a new braker but of course they denied it,and they offered us free matainenance a week later problem appear the same my nest disconect from ac , guess what all time was only sensor was installed a year ago to prevent leaking on my rug the disconnect the electricity from ac to thermostat.
a month later i was cleaning my system since got disconnect again when
my husband was cleaning surprised , he found a 5 dollar bill rolled on faucet drained water.
It's really discusting to see what measure they go to back fixing something they created first place
I would never recommend this company to anyone
btw when you call they give you round out to get you manager this only result in a bad reputation
