Zero stars is more accurate. Completely lied about same day service since they didn’t send someone qualified. Charged double what the work should have been and didn’t install the arrestor valves as promised. Stay away from third place!

I consider myself to be very detail oriented person. and place high value on customer service. Hi- Tech Plumbing met every expectation. Very easy to schedule an estimate for our project ( installation of a Moen Flo Water Use and Leak Control System ) . Nemo Ali arrived for the estimate and provided a detailed explanation of the scope and options for our project. I interviewed 4 other sub contractors before selecting High Tech. It was easy to schedule the project. Nemo arrived exactly on time, completed the project in a professional and workmanlike manner and cleaned up the work site on completion. I recommend High Tech and Nemo without reservation.

Our tech showed up on time & was very professional. He made a quick diagnosis & installed a new water heater. He cleaned up and made sure that we had hot water before he left. Excellent service! Thank you!

The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to identify the problem. He did a great job installing the defective part and got the unit up and working. He cleaned up after he had completed his work on the unit. Very, pleasant young manner. He was comfortable to be around. Johny is one of the best workers I have ever had in my home to repair my air conditioner. I will use Hi-Tech and Plumbing & Air and hopefully Johny will be my Technician.
