Daniel came by today, I had a leak somewhere. We couldn't find it. He did a lot to try and find it, but had to get a leak detection device. He was very knowledgeable and helped Dave me money too. I got on their maintenance A/C program, and plumbing. He did a great job. Will call on him again.

Later that same day, Jonny came by with the leak detector device, after a complete inspection of the indoor pipes, he determined it was outside. So hours later, he found the leak, and fixed it. After that he checked the meter and it wasn't running. Great job. Will call on him again. Very happy to save me money, especially with the water company.

We bought a house and the ac units were inoperable for the last two years. Hi Tech sent out a technician and he was able to get the units up and running within a couple hours. In the Florida heat we could not have made it thru this summer without the ac and I appreciate the great work you all did.

Update, we used Hi Tech to install two new water heaters in our house and the did a great job. They did a super clean installation and their technician brought everything up to code. Our new water heaters look and work great!

We had a pipe break on a Sunday afternoon. Couldn’t reach our ‘regular’ plumber, so took a chance on a service on the web.

We called Hi-Tech and Phillip arrived at our house within a very reasonable amount of time given it was Sunday afternoon. He assessed the issue and went to work straight away on getting our water service restored. His work product was outstanding. Well laid out, balanced, and absolutely professional in presentation. Phillip wrapped things up ensuring everything worked as it should and cleaned up his work area.

Phillip presented the invoice and collected payment. It was clear he knew and understood the company’s procedures, explained the warranty, and processed our payment. Additionally, he took photos of the completed project, which we received by e-mail.

We are very satisfied with the work performed, and equally satisfied with Phillip’s friendly and professional demeanor.

Looks like we’ve got a new plumber. I will definitely be referring Phillip and Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air to friends and professional acquaintances.

I was very fortunate to have Jesse Schwenker as my technician to repair a leak coming from the water heater. He was very courteous, explained exactly what he was doing and worked non stop! After the work was done, he cleaned up so I didn't have to worry about any mess. He really is a gem, you are very lucky to have him as an employee. I will certainly tell my neighbors about my experience and recommend that if they have similar problems, they should contact you.
