From the appointment setter Michael to the technician Ivan, they were very friendly and gracious. This company contacted me when my technician was running late and kept me up to date on his arrival time. Ivan was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything that would be needed as well as service warranty information and how it works. He even gave me mangoes off his trees. Very nice. My recommendation, go with a Pro always. It’s worth it.

Don't use them. Tried to pull a bait and switch -- contracting with me to install three Moen Flo smart water meters, but then tried to claim they were only responsible for partial installation. They demanded full payment with work only half complete. After some argument they begrudgingly completed the work. Now, two months later, one of the meters failed and they are refusing to come back and honor their warranty. Their techs seemed like good people; their office staff are anything but.

They take photos and document everything which is always helpful. The maintenance visits are extremely thorough. One of the best companies I’ve worked with.

My husband and I noticed our a/c unit was leaking inside the closet, they got someone out the next day and explained the coils may need cleaning and vacuuming of the lines. The tech returned the next day since it was a few hour job, he just left and did everything possible to make sure we understood what was going on. He explained what could have possibly caused it and what to do/not do in the future with our unit.

Thank you Hi-tech for our brand new hybrid Hot Water heater. Philip and his crew were great. Very professional and informative. I shopped around for prices for a basic hot water heater and ended up with an upgraded unit that is energy efficient and also cools my garage for a really fair price! Happy with the service, highly recommend this company. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I had no problem with the work. The Tech replaced a faulty water intake valve, customized the piping to fit the space better than before and installed the hot water heater. There are no leaks and we have hot water. I did not like the way their work order and invoice are set up. They press you to get a membership, promise you it will take 15% off the job and then present you with an invoice that does not have the 15% discount applied. They tell you it’s already in the final number. I argued and got them to give me an itemized bill showing the discount applied. Very up transparent. They are expensive and stuff like this makes me think I am getting conned even if it’s all legit.

Manny is good people. Did a good job explaining the issue. Placed the service call and that got here an hour later to replace liquid line filter drier. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because I'm a tough grader.

Technician was super nice and polite. Just felt VERY over priced. I was charged $500+ for air duct cleaning and almost $600.00 on a clogged toilet. Sure he had to take the toilet off but overall the job took less than an hour, maybe an hour tops. Not to mention I pay for their "yearly plan" that is supposed to save you money but I don't see any savings. Will not be renewing my plan and I don't reccomend them unless you prefer to over pay for services.
