Jeremy arrived early and diagnosed my problem very quickly. He replaced the defective capacitor an had the air-conditioning back in service quickly. He honored the warranty and was very professional in both words and action. We were grateful that he was willing to come out on a Saturday afternoon.

Blake Vallee did an excellent job troubleshooting and isolating my problem with no ac.
After resolving the issue, he went above and beyond and checked the entire system to make ensure there were no more issues and explained issues he could foresee in the future.
Very happy with his customer service skills and technical skills.
Can tell he cares. Overall a great experience. Couldn't be happier with the service!

I called this morning and got an appointment same day. They estimated a Tech would be out between 4p-8p but Jorge was able to arrive shortly after 12p. He was very professional, polite, and explained everything. I’m glad I called and he was able to replace the part so quickly. Thank you Jorge!!

Service provided late in the day, technician was very professional and efficient. AC fixed and working in less than an hour. Did NOT like the amount charged for labor - told to call office in morning. Low star rating due to labor charged. I've used this company for many years, would have given 5 stars any other time.

Aaron was a delight to meet. Very conscientious young man. Did his work with excellent. He explained and showed us everything he did showed us why we had the problem and preceded to fix it as we gave him clearance. Treated us with respect. You are blessed to have him as an employee!

Aaron was the most awesome technician I have met. I've had multiple problems with my ac system with different companies until Aaron came by. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Our ac went out completely and they even went the extra mile to get us a portable unit for the night. Thank you so much Iceberg for all your work! You now have a forever customer! Blake Vallee was very thorough, informative and made pictures of everything that needed to be replaced. He made sure that we understood all that would be done and made us feel very comfortable with the decision we were about to make. We could not have had a better experience. The representative who came here was 100% a Occie the nicest guy I could’ve met. My problem was that they charged me $1100 to put a pump in that we’re selling at Home Depot for $100. The best ones were $200. I feel that I needed air-conditioning and they had me against a rock and a hard place and they took advantage of me with the price, but again the rep and the guy came and did the work I give a 10 the company for Rich greediness might as well put a gun to my head and took all my money

Absolutely amazing customer service! Every aspect of the product was explained perfectly and never did we feel like we were being talked into upgrades that we didn’t need. Couldn’t be happier! Aaron was an exceptional representative of your company. Friendly and honest.our new AC unit was installed yesterday and it is whisper quiet! During the couple of days when we didn’t have central AC, Aaron installed a temporary AC unit in our bedroom so that we could sleep comfortably (which we did!) every single expectation was not only met but exceeded!

Our AC broke down over the weekend so I call as soon as they’re open. I got a call back quickly letting me know that a technician was available to come out same day between a time frame. Took a long time for the tech to give me a call to confirm when exactly he can come. It was super hot and I get a little frustrated but the everything work out great. He answered all questions and we end up replacing our old AC the following day. My parents was very satisfied with the 2 techs that did the work on the replacement as well. Reliable & trustworthy company!
