Update: they did come out and put the cover on. Brandon, installed the AC cover quickly and was professional and friendly. I also received a note and gift card for my troubles, which I appreciate.

At the end of May our AC went out. I called Iceberg to get a quote. Their "Comfort Advisor" was very knowledgeable and professional. Of the three quotes we chose Iceberg because they appeared to have a good reputation. They installed our AC unit June 2nd and the installers let us know that a cover would be made for our ducts, within 2 or 3 weeks. 20 days later there was no cover. The woman I spoke to was friendly and said that they were running behind, and they would give us a call when it was available to install. Nearly 2 months later and I have not received any word from Iceberg. I call on a Friday 7/22, the receptionist tells me that she will give me a call back in a couple of minutes. Two hours later I call back and they say they will send someone out that day. They did not show. I called again today, Monday and am actually scheduled to have someone come out tomorrow. Will update if this issue is rectified. I am not usually one to complain or make mountains out of molehills. However, I feel disrespected and lied to. My money and my time is valuable and I should not have to call a company numerous times to get the service that I paid for.

Best customer service I have ever received. Very fast response time with clear communication. I called with a breakdown at 9am and the job was finished by 1:30pm that’s including travel time. The tech presented himself and the company well and he was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the breakdown and told me what I could to prevent this from happening in the future. What’s even more impressive is that they do more that just A/C repairs. It’s nice to know that I have one solid company I can depend on for all my home repair need. Thanks again Iceberg!

I have nothing but good things to say about Blake the technician and Iceberg Home Services. Blake was professional, friendly, timely, and went above and beyond my expectations. He took the time to explain the problem and the solution. Great Job to both Blake and Iceberg!!!

Warning do not use ice, they didn't fix the problem, they broke the housing for my a/c handler, burned the pvc connections while soldering.
After reviewing my cctv footage looks like they spent half the time in there van instead of fixing my ac.
The last rep hung up on me and refused to make it right.

Brandon Speakman was the technician dispatched to give me an estimate. He was great, arrived on time, professional and took the time to look at all of my concerns.
