I contacted Iceberg regarding my AC unit not working. They sent Jorge Lebron to check the unit. Mr. Lebron showed up within the allotted timeframe and even called me when he was 45mins away. Once he arrived he was respectful and honest about the repairs that were needed. He didn’t try to over sell me on unnecessary products or services. He answered all of my questions about my unit, but cost of repairs (actual cost not a round about number), warranties, etc. I would definitely recommend Mr. Lebron.

Jorge was on time for a free estimate. He was polite and professional. He inspected the ducts, found them clean and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Very pleased!

Blake did a great job. Put shoe covers on before he came in, explained everything and showed me as he went.

Daniel, Aaron and Jim and were amazing. They were responsive, efficient and professional. They also provided portable units for the bedroom while the project was being completed.

The device tech was knowledgeable and on time . However the price of replacing disconnect I felt was way far to much. $640..00 to replace a $40.00 part for less than a two hour job. So I refused the repair.

Joel did an excellent job explaining the condition of our AC unit. He advised us to install a uvc light to stop mold building up in our unit. I liked he did not pressure us. We did agree to the uvc unit.
