Calling on a Sunday afternoon, on a holiday weekend, had looked like an impossible situation. However, when I called Iceberg, they got right back to me, told me a technician would contact me, and said it would take about an hour for that to happen. Aaron, the tech, called and an hour later he was at the house. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He showed me exactly what was doing the entire time. He made an otherwise bad day, much better, and much cooler!

Blake was very Profesional in answering all the question that I had. He was very kind and respectful during the maintenance process. He also showed me a picture of the part that was replaced and went over explaining the fact that maybe another part will need to be changed in a near future. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I very rarely get the opportunity to write excellent reviews, but dealing with this company and especially their employees made this review this so easy to write! This was hands down the easiest transaction I have had with any company in the past ten years down here! Blake was so helpful with explaining the system and why it broke down, and then helping us to find just the right system for our home!! He went above and beyond to help us out especially that my Mom has COPD and the heat makes it harder for her to breathe!! I cannot say enough good things about him!! The two young gentlemen that came to install Adam and Caleb(sic) were so professional and through I was amazed! When they left my house you would never have known they did an install!! The place was spotless!! They explained how everything work and they were so good at what they do, my Mom slept through most of the install🤣🤣! I highly recommend if you need an AC company that you give them a go, you will not regret it!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!

The technician was very professional. He explained everything to us and we felt that is was very honest.Aaron was a very pleasant person.

Blake came out and did a fantastic job on our maintenance. He found a potential future problem and was able to save us froma break doen. We are happy to be apart of the membership program.

Experienced home being hotter than it should be, so called office. Explained issue, and stated she would have someone out directly.
Received text showing Photo, Name and background on tech arriving.
Issue was a simple phase.
I wish I was given a cost option, verses here is this plan and office feels this will work best. And at that moment he stated the night services was part of package. However when completed there was an additional $100 for the late service call.
I was to hit and tired to argue or question.
Other than that service was quick and just painful to wallet.

Aaron was very detailed and professional, he did a complete diagnosis and offered us our options. Highly recommend him for repeat service.

Let’s know when, kept the appointment. Sent a picture of the service technician Explained what he was doing. Showed us the parts needed replaced them after we agreed. Wore covers on his shoes while in the house. Just all around courtesy and professionalism
