With the unanticipated failure of our AC we followed the recommendations of one of our neighbors. Our neighbor suggested Iceberg Cooling, receiving that recommendation we contacted them. We had almost immediate response by Aron Adorno their "Comfort advisor".. I explained to him my situation regarding the medical necessity of having a environment controlled home. His professional and caring response to our needs was deeply appreciated by us. The engineers evaluation of our 10-year-old unit and his explanation of what was needed in layman's terms was direct and very helpful. We are very pleased in their professionalism, performance and timeliness of their service. Thank you again!
