J&R Herra installed a new furnace in our home on 1/22/2021. The level of service from this company is exceptional. The phone call to the company is answered promptly, service and installation technicians arrive on time, are courteous and knowledgeable about the systems they are working on, keep the homeowner informed and are respectful of the costs associated with their service. I needed a plumber to fix repairs for a home inspection and needed it as soon as possible. Called them at 9 am. They had someone at my house by 10:15. Jeff was thorough and explained what needed to be done

I had initially reached out to another service, but they were awful, and so I called J&R and they were at my house within 2 hours and done in 3! Everything was explained up front, and Jeff did amazing work.

Marcus came out to replace my mom’s cracked water heater - I called on Sunday morning and we were given the Sunday vs Monday cost differences and based on needs they were proactively considerate and transparent regarding availability of parts, breaking out labor and material costs.

They came in under the “all-in” estimate based on info shared by phone. Marcus went above and beyond replacing some aging related plumbing, reconnecting her furnace gas, and hauling an old softener unit with the old water heater. The work was done before they were even scheduled to arrive.

From the intake phone staff on up, my elderly, widowed mom and I were treated with a rare depth of personal respect and provided skilled, thorough work. We look forward to working with them for a pending AC unit replacement this summer.
