Installed an under-the-sink instant hot water system and faucet. John was wonderful - extremely courteous and professional, and competently completed the job quickly. No mess left behind - he even went the extra effort to get a part and longer hoses than the manufacturer provided. Definitely recommend your company, and John specifically.

From start to finish the customer service and experience with the plumber on site was impeccable. Special mention to Deanna, who was our initial contact and John P., who did the work in our home. I already have their number in my contact list for the next plumbing issue we may have.

Jeff arrived earlier than expected which worked for us. He worked on our kitchen sink that wasn't draining properly. It was quick and he explained what may have happened and what we can do to prevent it going forward. Keep up the great service!

Called J & R plumbing to inspect sewer gas smell. First visit I’m informed I needed a smoke test and that they can be out the following Wednesday. They never showed. Talked to customer service and they said maybe they could get someone that day or the next. Got a text for an appt a week later. The guys came in with attitude and had not told us what the procedure was for the smoke test. Had another company fix the work instead. Never again

I am beyond happy with the work Marcus did for us, and the quick response and service we received from J & R Herra. One thing I appreciated, in particular, was the text sent with Marcus' picture and a brief bio, before he arrived.

We had an unexplained leak in a new toilet, and another new one that was waiting...and waiting...for our installation. Marcus spotted the probable reason for the leak, a hairline crack in a new toilet, installed a different new one, plus the other new toilet (all more efficient upgrades) and 5 months of frustration disappeared in a couple of hours. He also pointed out a couple of things during installation that were very helpful.

I highly recommend this company, and Marcus. They have definitely earned our future business.

This is the second project we’ve used J&R Herra for on our new old house. Justin was the technician both times, and was fantastic. Justin clearly and patiently explained the nature of the issues in play, laid out our options, and helped us navigate to the best solution, given all factors. Mike and Chris are great, they gave me a good explaination of the issue and fix with a estimate and finished the pipe replacement better than the original. I would highly recommend asking for Mike/Chris for any plumbing repair needs. Thanks Mike and Chris for the great service !

Provided expert service on a new garbage disposal. Notice pipe was hooked up wrong from dishwasher and fixed that too! Pricing was great and affordable. Will definitely use these guys again!
