Water heater went out unexpectedly. J&R Herra was super responsive and picked up right away. Deanna was very helpful and able to schedule an appointment within 24 hrs. John arrived promptly and was great, replaced the water heater in the same day. Would definitely highly recommend and will be a returning customer

He came within an 2 hour window. Everything went smooth and he was very informative. Also honest and trustworthy. Which is really hard to find these days.

Great experience with J&R Herra. Water heater tank had finally rusted through and started leaking on a Monday morning. After having another service come out and give an exorbitant quote, called J&R and got a reasonable estimate to replace water heater over the phone. Tech Marcus arrived a short time later and after reviewing the job provided a quote inline with the initial estimate. He came prepared with the new water heater in tow and began work right away. Big thanks to Marcus who was professional and curteous as I had to work from home that day. A few hours later the new water heater was installed and operational. It has been nearly 2 weeks now and I have had zero issues. J&R will be my first call for plumbing issues in the future.

Jeff came for a water leak from a pipe in the basement. He looked everything over and explained the issues. I always get a picture of the person and background information about them before they arrive, which I really like and appreciate. Everytime I call an extremely nice and helpful person is on the other end of my call. I am very happy with the quality of service I have received and highly recommend this company. This is my goto company I call for everything!

We needed some minor work done, and had a few questions about some other things as well. It would have been easy to claim work that didn't need to be done, need to be done. However, the tech from J & R Herra was clear about the fact that what we thought needed to be done , did not need to be done. And in fact all look good. We will be looking to use J & R Herra again.

Quote was outrageous. Over $1000.00 to install two bathroom faucets that I had purchased previously. When I declined the quote (after less than five minutes of time spent by the representative in my home) I was still charged the $89.00 service fee. Clear gouging.

Had two toilets that would run on forever after flushing. They are both only 2 years old. Jeff came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. This is my first time using J&R Herra and I felt like they are a quality company. They came out next day and were very prompt. I would definitely use them again and plan on calling them for my HVAC maintenance.

Water heater sprung a leak. Called Herra in the morning of the leak. They had a new one installed the same day. Mike, the technician, was incredible.
