J&R Herra Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing

I can't speak highly enough of J & R Herra and their employees; from my first phone call with office staff to the men who came to my home to do the work, I experienced professionalism, courtesy and kindness. I primarily was having laundry changed from the basement to the first floor but also had some minor electrical work done. As they ran into a couple of concerns, these were explained to me thoroughly and I was given choices of how to proceed. They also came across some things my home inspector had presented as concerns when I purchased my home which I had not told them about. They found the same things and explained the same concerns, giving me the option whether or not to fix them. Everything was completed with excellence and at considerably less $ than a well respected competitor. I am so glad my daughter recommended them to me. I will continue to use them for many of my home needs and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very hard-to-get-to area to lower the router and perform the job. Jeff didn’t hesitate and did it. Great service, fast, cordial and with great results. Thank you so much. Will use them again and refer any time.

I got prompt response the first time I called and the lady I spoke with ( sorry I forgot her name) was very professional, pleasant and not pushy so I booked the appointment on first call. I didn't even bother to shop around because of the good, positive vibe I got on first call. Overall, great experience. I'll recommend J&R!

Extremely responsive and was able to fix the issue very quickly. Very thankful for the friendly office staff and the willingness to fit us in when we had an urgent plumbing issue!

We had several of the guys at our house including John, Levi, and Donnie to put in a whole house water filter, replace the sump pump and battery back-up, and install a pit and they completed the job in less time than estimated and explained everything they did and what we need to do to keep everything going, if anything. Great and easy to work with.

Arrived at estimated time, diagnosed problem, gave estimate, chased parts, returned and completed repairs within 90 minutes. Marcus was courteous and professional as he explained issue which wasn't what I thought it was saving me $ and time.
