Quail Services

This is my 4th time using Quail and they have not disappointed a single time. I have gotten their yearly plan for two years in a row now because I am so impressed with their level of professionalism, the value for the work that they do, and their friendliness. They have consistently been on time for every appointment, called ahead to let me know they were on their way, and followed up to make sure that I was happy with the service. I have had a different technician each time (some for heating, some for plumbing) and all have been exceedingly friendly, helpful, and informative. I highly recommend Quail to everyone!

I live in Auburn and wanted to have the mini split installs done this year. I also wanted a Mass Save-approved contractor. Jim and his team are the best. Special kudos to Lynne for her detailed explanations and Alex the project lead who is extremely customer focused. I wanted to work with Quail as I knew they would be able to service any future needs or maintenance as well. I am so glad I went with this team. Looking forward to many years.

I decided to hire Quail Services to do the preventative maintenance on our mini split system. Kyle was very kind and respectful. He finished a previous job early and called to see if it was ok to come earlier than the original time which worked out for me as well. When he arrived he walked me through what he was going to be doing while also giving me pointers on things I can do on my own. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable. He was also very respectful of our home and put on booties while walking indoors given that it was raining. He is a good conversationalist and finished the job within a reasonable amount of time. Kyle concluded his work with a detailed explanation of the work performed along with a good insight on other offerings Quail has. I will definitely look to hire them for future mini split and boiler services!

Quail Services replaced a compressor on my heat pump.. Tony A. and another young man worked together to do so. Both men were very professional and worked well, and cleaned up afterwards.

Jim was very professional with his process of quoting and outlining the services that his team would be performing. the two techs that came out were polite and respectful of our space and set up the system very nicely. we are very happy with the level of service and the instruction on how to use the devices afterwards and helping us get the system running on our phone and tablets. We would highly recommend their service if you are shopping for minisplits or other heating and cooling services

Follow up after a couple years our systems started to separate at ceiling connection within a day or two a tech came out and serviced the units to tighten ceiling units and recaulk them. Great service and very friendly and helpful in and out in 30 mins.
