Murphy's Law struck on Dec. 22, 2022 when I was overseas during a winter storm and my Nest system alerted me of a heating failure. After a few false starts with other companies, I called Quail Services. When I called the office, I learned it was their last day of work before the holidays. I explained my situation and expressed the urgency and was relieved to know that a technician named Kyle would visit. A neighbor let him in and via my neighbor's cell, Kyle updated me about what he was doing. After troubleshooting, Kyle discovered the culprit was a clogged valve, which he quickly fixed. I was so impressed with 1) their willingness to help, 2) Kyle's careful communication and friendly demeanor that even my neighbor commented on and 3) the general level of professionalism. I'm a VERY happy customer because I know I'm in good hands.

Mike came by my house this afternoon to service the AC units. He was extremely thorough and helpful. Excellent customer service and communication.

Both Devon and Tony were awesome. They navigated my really old and really complicated system and walked me through every step. Super professional and very nice! Will use Quail again in the future!

I also had Quail out again to install a new boiler system when mine finally went. They did a stellar job! My system was very old and complicated, Bill and the guys gave me the gold star upgrade. Lynne helped me with our Mass Save loan, the whole team is top notch! I would give them 10 stars if I could. It was a pleasure to have them and I will use Quail every time.

We had Quail Services install heat pumps in our home. They could not have been more professional. Everything was done correctly and quickly, and the space is cleaner than it was before the work was done. Everyone we worked with throughout the process was kind and genuinely cared about doing the best job possible. We had a great experience with Quail and would definitely recommend them!

Quail helped us replace our entire heating system when our boiler died and we couldn't be happier with the service they provided! Everyone we worked with was kind and knowledgeable. Lynne was always there to answer any questions I had about the process including rebates and financing through mass save. All the technicians that worked on the installation were very respectful and friendly. Would definitely recommend Quail to anyone needing service and will definitely use them in the future!

Devon was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He described a variety of options for our repair and rapidly executed our choice. He explained the value of a service contract with Quail and left us with a warm house and a more certain future.

Two techs arrived (Kennedy and Kyal?) and they did a terrific job. In and out in an hour, very courteous and professional.
