They did a wonderful job installing my heat pump/mimisplit system. Alex was a great team lead. They were exceptionally diligent, courteous, respectful. They cleaned up at the end of each day’s work and took good measures not to track dirt into the house. They worked very hard to test everything and make sure everything was setup and working properly (including WiFi connectivity). They explained how to operate everything. Overall, it was a great experience.

Had the mini-split system installed earlier and this time were the regular maintenance and Kumo installation. Both teams did a good job and they all answered my many questions with knowledge and patience. Initially got their info from my neighbor. They are very satisfied with Quail too. They timely submitted the Mass Save rebate for me too and even told me in advance that rebate processing at Mass Save was extremely slow.

James arrived on time and had a very professional service where he identified the issue and laid out multiple options to me.
