My interaction with Mike was an excellent one. I received a text and call from him to inform me of his arrival, which was within the appointment window given. He communicated clearly, was transparent, and super polite. I hope to have him back again the next time a service is required.

The entire process from first conversation to installation was incredibly smooth. They let us know the process, coordinated schedules, gave us a heads up the day before, arrived on time, finished fast, and are helping with the rebate process. I highly recommend them.

The Quail Services technician arrived punctually, as they always do. He explained what he would do during his service visit, asked if I had any questions, then went to work. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. When he finished, he reviewed everything with me, asked again if I had any questions, and went on his way. This is the way service should be. WOW!

Outstanding service from a great team that is patient, kind, and willing to answer all my questions. They have a fantastic service plan that allows you to stay on top of all of your HVAC concerns, and the service plan does provide a discount on any additional work or parts that are needed.

I had a whole house HVAC upgrade done on my home which consisted of mini-splits for the 2nd floor (in ceiling cassettes), heat pump, and gas fired furnace (used for blower and heat under extreme weather conditions) for the 1st floor.

On the first day, a large team arrived for the removal of the existing equipment, electrical work, installation of the condensers for the mini-splits and first floor heat pump. The team leads coordinated with me at the start of the job on the positioning of units and where lines were to be run within and external of the house (for example, the high efficiency furnace has two 2inch plastic pipes for air intake and exhaust.)

On subsequent days, there was a 2 person team Alex B. and partner whose name I have forgotten. They were always courteous and professional. I think they did an excellent job at communicating and executing the upgrade.

On each day, the crews would show up on time and would put in a full days work. Each morning I receive a text from Quail Services telling me who was going to show up and at what time.

At the end of the day, the teams left my home/basement "broom clean". Any tools or scrap material was organized in one location.

At the end of the job I had some issues with a couple of places where the I thought the home should have been sealed better. I sent a list to Quail Service. Bill F. the installation manager spoke with me, arranged a time assess and complete the tasks. Bill went the extra mile to read up on the siding on my house, Hardy board, and had a plan to address my concerns when he arrived.

I am completely satisfied with the job that the Quail Services.

Quail installed a mini split for our home. From beginning to end all the people at Quail were wonderful and helped us through the process. Rebate paperwork is filed by them, nice bennifit. I can update later on rebate return. Installers were friendly and professional. Home was left the way it was found and no trace of work done.

Great experience with quail services from sales to end result. Had 4 mini split systems installed in our home. Connor the sale guy was great and our two technicians were awesome. A+

They were able to fix an electrical problem that we had 3 other electrition a try to fix! They were wonderful at explaining everything to us and letting us know right up front what the cost would be. They were the best! Requesting them back to do other electrical projects we have planned in the future!

James McSherry performed service on our Mitsubishi system today. He arrived on time and is very conscientious, hard working and personable. He worked all day to complete repairs which led to an excellent outcome. I would say he is very reliable!

Looks nice, and cleverly routed. Very neat and clean work. Service has been great through the sales and installation.
