Service with a smile! Brandon and Keith have worked with us on a few installations now including a complete furnace, air conditioning and water heater replacement. They are professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend Quail!

I received a few estimates for a hot water tank replacement that was at the end of its life, and went with Quail. They have a great reputation for good reason. I love that the office staff is kind and professional. They’re easy to get a hold of and responsive.

Brandon came out and gave me an estimate. I had done some research, and had some thoughts, but needed some input from an experienced professional. I really appreciate that he got an idea of my household needs, and gave me some options, and his thoughts on how they would work out. As an expert in his field who installs and services these constantly he gave me fair quotes with some genuine and valuable considerations. I felt like he was a friend or family member giving me solid advice and fair treatment, not a salesman trying to sell me stuff which was my experience with other quotes.

Always prompt and professional with scheduling and communication. I’m happy to be doing an electrical project with them next.

Stephen and Brandon did a fantastic job of rebuilding 3 toilets in our home. They were professional and completed the job quickly. You can trust that the job will be done right when you call Quail Services. I will use them again for any HVAC or plumbing needs.

We had three mini split units installed. Not only was everybody that worked for the company, prompt, professional, and precise, but they also were respectful of our home, kept us in the loop with the plans/updates, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company and absolutely plan on using them again in the future!

The office lady Lynne is amazing she had the answers to all the questions along the way she does an amazing job Very Very Transparent. Angel was amazing when he came out to look at the Job was not pushy made suggestions and took our wants and needs into consideration was very understanding.
Kevin & Nick did top notch work i mean the attention to detail the cleanliness of there work and quality was amazing. They made suggestions and ran with what was best, and im just still in aw about how clean the linesets were run in the attic so clean looking, the heads in the rooms are mounted exactly where we wanted them just overall a great job. The electrician did amazing work as well from the placement of everything and attention to detail as well. Thank you so much for the job well done and the process of how easy you ALL made this come together. We will back back!!!!

Through the entire process of receiving a quote to installation all team members of Quail Services were informative, punctual, highly skilled and approachable. I am a person with many questions and Angel was patient and provided timely responses. Tony and Alex, that did the installation, were courteous, addressed our concerns on the need to minimize outdoor piping, and had minimal interruptions to me working at home and were cautious of our pets. We received many quotes and Quails provided competitive pricing, with superior products and service. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to us their services.

Kennedy did a great job with our annual Central Air Maintenance. He was on time, neat and efficient as well as being friendly and good natured. In general, I like Quail Services because they are a "one stop shop" for most of our home maintenance needs that includes electric, plumbing, as well as HVAC.

Angel and Bill were the most professional and informative Persons to come and explain the process.
Kevin and Nick worked very well as a team to install my system efficiently.
