Agent was very thorough and professional. Found a possible problem with the thermostat and performed good troubleshooting to rule out a malfunction.

Both of our air conditioners (large main and mini-split for the master BR) died. We did get quotes from two companies, and TCM was the winner. The estimator and office staff were a delight to work with. The on-site crew was completely competent, overcoming a few technical hurdles in our odd house, and very considerate of the fact that they were in someone else's home. The last guy out spent so long cleaning (more than I typically do) that I kind of felt bad. We're delighted with the new systems, and it's highly likely we'll engage them some more for further enhancements in another year or two.
