Great experience, timely and friendly support, we recommend them

Years ago Total Comfort was a great business with superb service. NOT ANY MORE. Today I tried to set up an appointment for AC problems but the front desk lady turned me away. I was barely able to ask any questions before she started pressuring "Are we booking the appointment or not?" Also She insisted that there is a flat fee of $109 for a technician to show up EVEN IF THEY COULDN'T FIX ANYTHING. That is simply ridiculous.

Great experience - We had a huge installation of a heat pump and new furnace. Wendell and his team were extremely professional, timely, and communicated clearly all thru the process. They did an incredible job and very very happy with the result.

I have been using Total Comfort for service as well since I moved to the area 7 years ago. James and the rest of the TC servicers are so easy to work with, and very responsive. We've had a couple of times where the furnace was acting up and they were easy to get a hold of and came out within 24 hours to help. Highly recommend.

The cost estimate was fair, reasonable, and detailed. The installation was scheduled promptly, and the work was performed with great attention to detail, resolving all issues fully and making sure that no questions were left unanswered. The team arrived on time, communicated with us on every matter that needed our attention clearly and considerately, and took great care to leave the work areas clean at the end of the day. All our questions were answered fully and the new equipment was demonstrated and explained patiently and clearly. Everyone was friendly, professional, competent, and thorough and a true joy to work with! We had such an amazing experience with Total Comfort Mechanical. We have used them since we moved into our condo in 2017 which had an old, under functioning central cooling unit. We finally decided to get it replaced and went with them first. We didn't end up shopping around because we trusted their service so I can't say if the pricing was competitive, but their quality of service was great. Not only did we get support around applying for a MassSave loan for the work, they were easy and responsive to our inquiries. When the actual work was done I have never seen a more hardworking team- seriously. Wendell and his team were amazing. It was brutally hot and they worked all day for several days and over the weekend to get this installed for us. Wendell was communicative and friendly. We are thrilled with our new system!

I had a great experience Total Comfort. I did ask the tech to wear a mask, since we have children under 2 living in the house. He had no problem with doing so.
He was very professional and walked me through everything that he did and what he recommends for next steps. He's been in the field for so long, that I felt very comfortable with his services. I was very pleased with the entire visit (especially since we've never had our mini splits serviced...face palm.). Thank you!

Our family has been hiring for ~4 years Weddell and his company Total Comfort Mechanical for working on HVAC issues at our house in Burlington, MA. I found them online, without any references. We might have been one of their oldest customers; at the time we started dealing with Total Comfort, it was just Wendell. Through the years the company grew, and we have seen at home also Jordan, Pedro, Paul and other guys. I have always been happy with the work performed by Total Comfort, with their quick response time, with their reasonable price, with the clean environment they leave after completing their job.
Our family uses Total Comfort for the annual maintenance of our heating and AC systems. We have also used them for fixing issues with our heating system – changing hot water heater, temperature controller replacement, leaks. They installed in our bedroom new Mitsubishi Ductless Air-Conditioning and Heating Unit. What I especially like about this company is that when call or email them, you get back from them quickly, the appointment is done within reasonable time, and they show-up on time; if it is an emergency, they show-up within hours, once I called at 9 PM because my boiler stopped working, Wendell was at home after 30 min and fixed the problem. I am not surprised that Total Comfort is a highly rated company and as a repeatable customer I recommend it too.

Wendell and his team did a great job installing our ductless ac/heat pump. They completed the job in two days, so were efficient and kept all their working areas clean during and after. Could have gotten messy so appreciate the care they took. They also explained how the install went and how the system works at the end. Recommended

My thermostat stopped working during some very cold weather and Total Comfort came promptly to replace it, helping me to avoid the dangerous possibility of frozen pipes.
