Total Comfort Mechanical

I used Total Comfort Mechanical for my home. Mr. Wendell came home to diagnose why my heating was not heating. He explained me the reasons and he said I have to replace my heating furnace. I checked with other vendors too. Wendell was through and detailed. I got a quote from him and other vendors. His quote was the best and with better terms & conditions.

He told him it would take two days to install and run the tests. His team came completed the work in 1.5 days - sent me pictures after completing the work. Left my utility room clean and tidy.

I contacted Total Comfort Mechanical just prior to a heat wave and found they were booked for the following week and a half. They offer to put me on a wait list and were able to get a technician to our house before the scheduled appointment. They diagnosed the issue quickly, they had a replacement part in stock, and they were able to repair the same morning I had also asked if they could tune up our three air handlers. They were able to do so while they were there, identifying two other potential issues for the near future, which they were able to address. They further checked all of our filters and replaced where needed (from our own stock of filters), including in one case retrofitting a filter that was larger than the designed space. I will use them again for future maintenance and repairs.

We just had our central air system installed and are very happy with the service we received from Wendell and his team. From scheduling the process to the work on the house, the team at Total Comfort Mechanical was nothing but professional, respectful and a joy to work with.

Wendell is readily available and answered all my questions throughout the project. Communication makes a project like this go by smoothly and I cannot recommend Total Comfort Mechanical enough if you're looking for AC.

Total Comfort has maintained our gas furnace for two years and our gas fireplace for the past year. They've done some repairs, which worked out very well, and seasonal maintenance on the furnace and our new gas fireplace. They’re on time, professional, talk us through what they find and offer tips for keeping our hearing system in good working order. Would recommend to anyone seeking reliable, professional work.

The company is really responsible and show up when they say they are going to show up. Their installations are pretty excellent. I have used them for a long time. They just installed heat pumps and a furnace

We've been using Total comfort mechanical HVAC service for several years. They are very perfectional and know the HVAC very well, always arrived on time, solved problems of our HVACs with correct diagnostic and reasonable price.

Technician was on time and courteous and very efficient. He also took the time to explain a lot of the routine maintenance we can do with the a/c unit. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Total Comfort Mechanical.

I can't compliment Wendell, James, and the rest of crew enough. They were professional and efficient, and did the job for the price quoted. They were good about explaining what they were doing (I'm just a curious person) and enlightening to speak with. After finishing each part of this big undertaking, they cleaned up the area.
