Wendell from Total Comfort Mechanical has the technical expertise and customer communication skills that ensure an easy choice of systems followed through by flawless installation. He is backed by a responsive front office and seasoned technicians. My water heater failed. There was a deluge in my basement. Called in on a Sunday night. Their immediate call back guided me through my system shutoff. The next day they showed up to drain the system and prep for installation. Full installation was achieved by the following day. They obviously are very responsive. Best to call in directly for emergencies and not rely on the website.

Very thorough job of servicing our two HVAC systems and our water heater. The improved performance will save us on our electric bills.

The technician did a very thorough tune-up and testing. I reported it a problem (heating turned on automatically during the summer) and he fixed it right away without additional cost. The tune-up cost has been the same for many years.

I've used Total Comfort Mechanical for both heating and A/C service in the past - mainly seasonal tune-ups and repairs. In all my interactions with them, the technicians and office staff have been nothing but professional, competent and responisve. This year a newer tech doing a start-of-the-season tune-up left the main power off on one of our A/C condensors. After it failed to power up on a hot Friday afternoon, i didn’t think to check the power shut-off and called TCM at 5:30 - long after I thought they'd be closed. Not only did they call me back after 20 minutes, they were able to send a tech who arrived at 6:30 and found the problem right away. He even stayed 15-20 minutes more to make sure everything was working correctly for the warm weekend weather. Great customer service, super competent and flexible. I am very happy to recommend this company.

Total Confort Mechanical is amazing! No joke, the owner, Wendell, is such a good guy and hard worker. His whole team is amazing. They are all very professional and the work is high quality. They're just good at what they do! I highly recommend them to anyone!

We lost heat Friday afternoon. I called many, many HVAC companies offering emergency help. They were booked up, didn't have the parts for the particular furnace we have, happy to come out Monday morning etc. Some never returned calls. The house was getting colder and the weather report warned of a cold weekend, I finally found Total Mechanical Comfort. They sent out a repair person right away. Twenty minutes after the call the repair person arrived. He had the furnace working in about a half hour. The repair representative was courteous, friendly and totally capable. I can't say enough about the company and their representative

The entire team at Total Comfort Mechanical was great to work with and very professional. Wendell was thorough in his review of our property and creative in his suggestions regarding the placement of the units. The quote they provided was reasonable and in line with others we received. After receiving the quote, it did take several tries and a bit longer than we expected to get answers back on some questions we had regarding the job. Once confirmed, the job was scheduled timely. The installation process went well except for one unit being placed on the wrong wall. After expressing our disappointment regarding the mix up, Wendell did do everything he could to make us happy.

Everything considered, we were quite pleased with the job performed by Total Comfort Mechanical.

The technician was excellent and spent time diagnosing the issue with our heating system. The company was extremely responsive and one of the only companies that came the same day as the call.
