Very pleased with the attention and professionalism shown in my first time meeting with 128 Plumbing Technicians, Chandler and Stephen. Both were very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing throughout the time here. I couldn’t be more happy to now have 128 Plumbing for my new maintenance contractors.

3 hours with 2 trips to the warehouse to fix what I would think of as routine issues. Multiple estimates for things I didn’t request to have fixed.

ETA: I received a call from Jenna shortly after I posted this review. She explained to me that it is their practice to have their technicians give an estimate(s) after their inspection. Also on that day there were no runners and as a result Craig had to go to the warehouse for the required parts. Essentially Craig was following company guidelines in terms of the estimates. I had absolutely no issue with his work. He was respectful and thorough. I feel this conversation resulted in a satisfactory understanding and I would be happy to use 128 again.

We were extremely pleased with the plumbing and drain work completed today by 128PHCE on our home in Stoneham. John, the master plumber did a wonderful job on replacing antiquated leaking piping in our basement laundry area. Jeff and Richie, the drain specialists were awesome, in the work they did to create and place a sewer drain pipe liner, as we had previous cracks in the line and tree root intrusions. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner and left the space cleaner than when they found it. We wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again! Thanks again to you all!

1st I want to say that everyone I dealt with throughout this whole process had wonderful customer service. It made a difficult process easy. Mack and Roger were wonderful to deal with. These are the types of people you want working for your company. They were pleasant to talk to and very informative about the process, progress, and product being installed. Let's just say the plumbing and sewer line in my house is old and needs a ton of work. I called 128 and they were awesome from the start. I have had them to the house a few times. Chad has been here every time Sean was here the first 2 times and Stephan was here today. They have always been courteous, clean, efficient and professional. Chad has taken the time each appointment to walk me through what they were doing to solve the problem. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I can not recommend 128 enough and if you can, request Chad, Sean, and Stephan. Thank you for all your hard work.

John, Nick and Craig came and performed various updates, installations and repairs.
I had a new dishwasher and water filter installed, replaced ancient shut off valves, repaired leaks in old pipes, replaced an old shower valve, stopped pipes from banging and got new kitchen faucet.

THEY WERE AMAZING! Friendly, knowledgeable, extremely neat and accommodating. They explained things so I could understand the mechanics of what they were doing

On a scale from 1-5, they get a 10!!!!!!!!

We needed to replace and repair a few ancient pipes in our basement and of course…at the same time…a valve in our upstairs shower failed. So, I contacted 128 and they were great:
super-responsive, friendly, and professional. Most important, they did fantastic work and fixed everything! Chandler, Jeff F, Steve M, Steve L, Steve D, (and probably some additional Steve’s that I can’t recall) were awesome. More Steve’s than I could keep track of but all of them were great! Kidding aside, I will definitely keep using 128. They are by far, the most reliable company in the area and their work is top notch. Thanks for the great work guys (and all of the Steve’s)!

A++++ From Wayne and his hvac installation crew to Nick and Rob upgrading the electric panel. I can’t say enough about this company. They were kind, professional, quick, very un- invasive, super clean, respectful, and did super tight, high quality work. Every department within the company knew what was going on with my account, no disconnect anywhere, everyone knew what was going on and when for our property. They made the Massave process very easy. I will be using this company from now on for my home services. NO BRAINER!! Thank you so much 128!!

Thanks to 128 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric we avoided a sewer system nightmare.
The guys from 128 - Charlie, Richie, Cooper and Jeff - saved us from what would have been a literal s#%t show.
128 worked hard - and repaired and replaced what was broken/collapsed.
The guys were on time, polite, super knowledgeable and kind.
We are 100% satisfied and urge anyone in an older home to have 128 check your sewer system.
