The sales rep/manager Craig was very professional and gave detailed info for me to make an informed decision for a new gas furnace install. The installation techs were friendly, and worked cleanly. Lastly, We were without heat and they were great getting us back up and running PDQ!

I’ve used 128 for installation of mini splits, major plumbing repair in a new home I moved into and over the weekend burst pipes. Craig came within 3 hours of my call during what I’m sure was a challenging weekend with the cold temperatures. He was polite, worked quickly, was incredibly professional and was able to work within what I needed to get done quickly to get the water back on in my house.
Craig was amazing, as is everyone I have worked with at 128. I’ve had 5 friends use them based off my recommendation for a variety of large projects and smaller needs and they always do an amazing job.

My kitchen sink was leaking, enough that we couldn't use it but not urgent. The earliest they could come out was 12 days.
Five minutes after I hung up with the appointment setter someone called me back. She had escalated my concern and they had someone who would be in the area in just 2 days - outstanding going above and beyond.
For the repair itself, the plumber was incredibly professional, helpful, and understanding.
I would not hesitate to call them again, and definitely recommend that you do too.

Great service to replace my leaking water heater. 2-man team arrived right at the scheduled time. Very courteous, even laid down drop cloths to protect my carpet. The whole operation took less than 3 hours. Dropped in briefly later in the day to check for leaks and correct water temperature.

Anthony M, was thorough, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and went above and beyond to ensure that the maintenance of our HVAC system was done above expectations! I had 128 plumbing &Heating put in 2 new boiler systems 2 years ago and they were wonderful and very efficient. Today I had Andrew A come and replace a leaking part on one of my baseboard heaters. He was awesome. Very friendly and very fast. Thank you Andrew for fixing my leak. Great job. 👍👏👏👏

The team that worked in my house was wonderful - professional, patient (in answering all my questions), engaging (let me give all the inputs/feedbacks I wanted to, on the spot, and worked on those right away), and cared for functionality and aesthetics of their work. Best of all, I think the entire team took pride in their work; and had fun working with each other - creating a friendly environment for the 4 days they were in our house! Thank you! From start to finish, it was an A1 install. We worked with Evan for initial appt and then Wayne and crew did the install. It was a funky install and I knew every step of the way , what was being done. This team love their jobs and it shows in their work, and professionalism. GREAT JOB !!
