We were in desperate repair of our sewer line mid French-drain project. We called 128 Sunday, had an apt Monday am, Charlie came out to inspect with camera. By Thursday the Pipeline Installation internally and sewer liner to street was complete. Jeff and Richie did an amazing job. In summary, we saved time, money, and did not have to tear up the property going this route vs what other contractors wanted to do. Very happy customer!

128 Plumbing did an excellent job clean my main sewer line and I would highly recommend them! Charlie came out to scope the project and provide an estimate. He showed me video of the root issue that was causing sewage backups in the basement and he explained my options. Jeff and Richie came out for the cleaning and were super professional. They explained the process, showed me video of the clean pipes, and left our finished basement completely spotless. Also, they noticed that the plumbing line to an outside hose spigot had a leak!! I had no idea and they saved me a huge issue. Well done fellas!

We had a fantastic experience with Ben and Brandon this week. They removed and replaced our old furnace and condenser. They were extremely professional, on time, and communicative. They were happy to answer all of our questions and left us feeling so comfortable with the whole process. I am still in awe that a project as big as ductless HVAC could be done so smoothly and quickly. 128 PLUMBING were communicative and friendly from the very start. Helping us with every step of the MASS saves loan process (even though they were also the best quote we received) and the technicians could not have been more amazing. They left everything organized, clean and brought an amazing attention to detail with everything from covering external wires on the house to the basement. I had an amazing experience working with Jeff Garcia. He was professional, on time and highly knowledgeable. Jeff took his time to diagnose the issue and explained things in a way that I could understand. He was personable, patient and understanding. I have had 4 other people look at my system and not one of them did the work required to fix my issue. He was organized and cleaned up. Kenny came to evaluate our sump pump system. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The part was at their warehouse.

About an hour later Stephen arrived to replace the pump. He was friendly and worked very efficiently with no disruption to our household. He left area where he did the repair very clean, neat and tidy.

Both men described the issues and what needed to be done in a manner that was easy for my mother to understand. They answered all of her questions with clear and concise answers.

Chandler from 128 Plumbing showed up on time. He has been working there over 3 years and he has over 20 years experience in plumbing. He diagnosed and fixed the problem and he explained everything to me and even let me peek into walls to see exactly what the problem was before he fixed it.
