Craig from 128 Plumbing did an evaluation of my house sewer system. He got here on time, after sending me a text message within the scheduled time frame. He explained the whole process and what I should expect from it. Craig is courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the repair options (to be confirmed through a quote) after describing what he found out from the inspection of the interior of the main sewer pipe. He gave me an excellent impression of this company.

After the evaluation, Dominique came to define the scope of the sewer repair (mainly lining). Matt then helped get the financing for the quoted service and helped resolve a problem with a early charge on the financing account.

On April 11 and 12, Jeff F, Christian L and Charlie performed the services. Jeff kept me informed about what they were doing. They were very professional and courteous. At the end, Jeff showed me the after-repair inspection video.

I am happy with the whole experience, and, so far, have had no issues.

I had a big plumbing issue with leak. 128 detected the issue during a regular maintenance and they managed the next steps , diagnostic and repair flawlessly. special thank you to the professionalism of the team, Jeff, Steve and Charlie making this an easy process . Everyone I’ve dealt with from 128 has been very helpful, from plumbers to the maintainers of my mini split system. They go out of their way to answer questions and provide advice for how to best care for my appliances.

Most recently I had Craig out to replace a leaky silcock for my back yard faucet. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and do the replacement. He happily answered all my questions, gave suggestions and ensured I know how to properly winterize my outdoor faucets.

128 has reasonable maintenance plans. I have a 3 year plan with them to annually check out my mini splits and couldn’t be happier.

Andrew quickly diagnosed the issue, and took the time to come up with the most cost effective solution. It was clear he had my best interest in mind and was really thorough and helpful in going through the options. Awesome experience I will definitely use 128 again if we ever have other issues

Great service but they are extremely over priced compared to their competitors . I had them install a mini spit 2 years ago and they did a great job so I ask for a quote to install another in my basement and the price just about doubled from 5800 to 10,200. Background on my home so you know it’s not due to something weird with the house.There is room on my current electrical panel and the mini split was being installed right by it. The area where the condenser would go was cleared and easy to access. So wire was not being ran a far distance. My home is updated and renovated. I researched the unit listed on the quote and the cost was only 2300. I asked for a reason for price hike and they blamed cost of supplies which I knew was lie. Materials has gone up but not enough to merit thier overcharge especially on a small job. I had 2 refutable companies come out to my home and they offered a larger Mitsubishi mini-split than 128 plumbing with a great Seer rating and the cost to install 5500-6200 dollars. That’s a 4 -5k decrease and they offered honest service. I don’t recommend because of the over charge you pay for their over head. They have so many services that they offer that you end up paying for the services in your price even if your not using them.

128 Plumbing was recommended by a friend of mine as I was considering having Air Conditioning ( Ductless Mini splits ) installed. Evan from 128 PHCE came out for an evaluation. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and what might be best for my home. I had concerns about placement and if my electrical panel could handle this. Evan was very patient and we went over every possibility and I decided to go ahead with the installation. Jared and his team showed up on the install date on time and he reconfirmed the details of the installation. Jared was very professional from the beginning and was meticulous in everything he and his team did. I realized that he knew this product ( Mitsubishi ) inside and out and I was finally able to relax. The project was completed within 2 days and came out perfect. I cannot say enough about the entire team from 128. They were wonderful and competent and I am so happy that I chose this company to do the project. Finally, I am ready for summer. Craig and Dominic came on time and reviewed the problem in my home thoroughly. They were professional and explained the situation and options clearly. They were able to get the job scheduled promptly as well.

Came home after an overnight shift to find that my garbage disposal was leaking from the bottom - indicative of water leaking into the motor and needing to be replaced.

I immediately called 128 and they were able to fit me in that afternoon. Craig came by and we reviewed all available options and we were able to replace the garbage disposal and figure out what the next steps were to prevent any further plumbing issues in the kitchen. Job well done by everyone, my wife and I are super appreciative!

We have a leak in old plumbing outside out property with the irrigation system, Craig came to take a look and advise what to do. He was very informative and could let us know all the up to date regulations needed. As new to the US from England this was a great help for us. Thanks Craig.

128 plumbing came to Install a pump up system for our bathroom in the basement. The work crew, John, Steve, and Steve did an excellent job. They were timely - finished the job on schedule with quality work. It was my first time using 128 and I was very impressed.
