Hired 128 to install 3 ductless splits and an outdoor heat pump. They did not try to oversell me on a full house system. They facilitated the appointment with NECCO for the Mass Save program. Everything was smooth from scheduling to installation to processing our payment and rebate submission. The quality of work by Lou and RAF, installers and Eddie the electrician was efficient and neat. I would hires these guys again for any future work.

Joe was amaZING! hIGHLY RECOMEND!! I just wanted you a to hear the excellent job that was performed on my annual yearly check up on my AC unit which was installed by 128 plumbing. The worker was very polite and did not rush me as I had a any questions to ask. He went above and beyond as I thought my AC really was not getting all my rooms as well as it use to. Joe found the connection on the airhandler separated a little. he then told me the problem and in110 degree heat spent an hour probably more, in out attic as he air screwed the connection back on which will now last a lifetime. I am extremely happy with the company and can not thank Joe Fitz enough

Have worked with these guys for several different job types and always a pleasure working with them. Jeff and Christian were super friendly and helpful with the work. The team always does a great job and are very respectful. As a tenant, I have had many services completed in the six months I’ve been in my current home. All of the techs have been friendly and explained everything that’s been done and services they recommend in the future. Highly recommend.

On the night before my retirement ceremony 04/27/23 my plumbing backed up and began flowing into my basement. Friday morning 04/28/23 I found out that the plumbing Company that I had used in the past was no longer in business. I was able to locate 128 in the 2023 issue of Best Pick Reports. The young Lady that answered the phone was very attentive to my needs. This Company was able to dispatch a crew to my home in the Readville/Hyde Park section of Boston within 4hrs that Friday morning. Jeff F and Ritchie C was able to literally get to the ROOT of the problem in the drain. I had the pleasure to watch these two technicians who both had a Great sense of humor work as a team with the camera and other equipment and remove a bucket full of roots from deep within the drain. These two men where very professional and provided detailed knowledge about the ROOT of the problem in the drain while also providing me with preventive action that should be considered after. After the work was completed, I was able to watch as the camera went all the way down the drain and observed that the drain was cleaned out from the beginning to end. I wanted to write a review thanking 128 for that quick response and specifically THANK those two mentioned young men.

I contacted 128 Plumbing on July 4th for replacing my leaking water heater.
Kyle came to my house early morning on the 5th, and we discussed all the different options ( gas, electric or tank less. I decided after our discussion to switch from my gas unit to a new electric heater. Kyle did a great job going over the pricing and possible rebates available.
The following morning, July 6th Tony & Christian showed up early morning and promptly replaced my water heater.
My wife and I would like to thank Kyle, Tony and Christian for being very polite and professional.

Andrew did a great job identifying the issue with our AC and exhibited remarkable patience while addressing our inquiries. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

Joe F. swung by for maintenance today and he went went beyond what was asked. We had a gripe with 128 and he made it right, to his capacity, when he didn't have to as it does not pertain to him at all. The kind of professional I appreciate. Also, Craig showed up promptly yesterday to fix our AC leak and finished it professionally.

Craig was fabulous!! He cleaned out the old drum drain trap and bathtub drain, without damaging the very old pipes!! Other plumbers had refused to even tackle!!!
And, left the bathroom as clean as could be!
He worked magic!

128 Plumbing is and has been fantastic to work with. We recently had cleaning and lining of our sewer lines done. Charlie, Richie, Jeff, and Cooper were excellent. Friendly and professional, and left everything clean and put back the way it was. Would highly recommend.
