Jeff and Ritchie were amazing! Managed to get me in a day earlier than originally booked. Gotta love a company that tells you when to they will actually arrive, instead of some 6 hour ‘window’ of doom. Professional, nice, amazing work and skill, as always from 128. They keep you updated and informed throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond with care to property from start to finish. Highly recommend for all your projects! We’ve relied on them for electrical, HVAC, a complete tankless heater install, plumbing and emergency situations as well.

Best experience ever working with 128 team to install the new ductless heating and AC units. Not only they helped us identify the best options to work for our house within our budget but also they were very helpful in coordinating the paperwork with MassSave. Yet, the best part of the experience was the installation and operating the system. Jared is a remarkable professional and he did a marvelous job not only choosing and installing the units and running the cables since we have a historic house, but also training us about what needs to be done and how to work the system. I also have to mention that I got a lot of positive comments from my neighbors about how neat the work looks from the outside. 128 Home Services came to maintain our Air Conditioning system. Norm was the most knowledgeable technician I have ever met. He explained every step of the process. He also explained about maintaining our Heating system, in which we didn't hesitate to enroll. Beside his expertise, he was polite, respectful and a nice guy!

We have an old steam boiler and radiator system. Keith and Joe have a passion for maintaining and repairing steam systems. They possess tremendous knowledge and experience. If your steam/radiator system is not working to your level of satisfaction do not hesitate to ask for their service! Amazing.

Amazing people, and even more amazing system! The trench less pipe lining the team of Charlie, Richie and Jeff put in for us has had a positive impact on our day to day life. The headaches and concerns about our old plumbing are gone, we sleep better every night knowing that our basement is dry and water isn't getting in from our pipes. Craig started on Tuesday fixing a leaky gasket. We had an appointment on Wednesday so Chandler and Stephen finished it today (Thursday). So they brought me a toilet and changed my refrigerator copper line and fixed my washing machine water valve all with 3 hours. All in a days notice. You really can’t ask for better service. Very professionally done and very polite. Also did a furnace contract to maintain my heating needs for the next 3 years. Great job!! Thanks again!!

I needed a new water heater (old one died) so quick, quality service was important. I contacted 128 and my experience was great - from response time to my phone call, initial visit (same day) by Kenny, and installation by Steve and Jared (next morning). They were efficient, professional, and great at answering my questions. I would highly recommend 128.

Called 128 plumbing for an emergency due to a back flow issue and they were very responsive and had someone to my house within an hour. The technician Craiq called and let us know when he would be at our house and showed up quicker then promised. He was very professional and took his time to investigate the issues and more importantly explained everything to us. He was very knowledgeable and was very personable. He provided unbelievable customer service. This is the second time over several years I have used 128 for emergencies and both times they were extremely helpful. They are my go to company. I highly recommend them.
