Great experience working with Tom. He arrived ahead of time, asked questions about the system and how it was running and checked it out for annual maintenance. He told me my system was good to go and there were no issues to be concerned about. I will definitely work with him and recommend using Always Comfy.

I have been a customer of Always Comfy for quite a few years now. One of the most important things about a company like this is that their response time is on spot. When you need heat air conditioning or hot water it’s important that your guy is responsive. Tom is incredible. Their pricing is also very good. I would high recommend this company for all of your HVAC issues

Excellent job but it could be a better experience as a customer. I was told I have lot of questions. Yeah that is right when I was charged 1000 dollars for a 4 hour job of-course with parts and labor and cannot have questions less than 5 minutes during the entire 4 hours ? Hmm wish we can do this in our workplace. It is not clear on the job intended and the job was performed and ticking time bomb on the cost hence the questions. Also felt like we are being treated like we know nothing. Hope it is a learning for all.

Tom was extremely helpful and gave me all the guidance I needed on my ductless A/C units. He was courteous, professional and honest! Will definitely be using his service again

Tom has a small man syndrome. Came in with a braggadocious attitude but he came to wrong house and met the wrong person for that kind of behavior. There are million mom and pop HVAC stores and there’s nothing special about what “Always Uncomfy LLC” does.

Tom installed AC system few years ago. He is extremely knowledgeable, and dedicated to his customers. I highly recommend him for AC needs.

I had an issue with the bathroom exhaust ventilation, and I was looking for a good HVAC company to fix the issue. I found Always Comfy on Google and Tom arrived on schedule to inspect the issue. Tom inspected the duct work as well, as the heat was not blowing properly in the bedrooms. Tom was fully transparent and explained the issues with our ventilation/HVAC, saving us thousands of dollars on duct work replacement. Tom was prompt with estimates and communications regarding the service.

On the day of service, Tom replaced the bathroom exhaust ventilation system and fixed the duct work issue as well. Tom walked me through the work he did to ensure that everything is working fine. The work was impeccable, and there was no clutter left after the work was completed. Moreover, Tom did a follow up on the next day to check if everything is fine.

Overall, my experience with Always Comfy LLC was excellent. The service was above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Always Comfy and Tom for all your HVAC-related needs.

He also gives you different pricing options based on your budget. His online tool is really helpful and breaks everything down for you to compare models and costs of whatever it is you are replacing.
