Another satisfactory service visit from Tom and Always Comfy LLC. Our blower was repaired quickly and we received honest recommendations for moving forward with our HVAC. A trustworthy person and company and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for anything HVAC related!

The tech Tom was professional, prompt, quickly diagnosed that we needed a new capacitor and was able to fix our air conditioning on the same day. Would definitely recommend the service to others.

This is a reliable company that you can rely on their expertise and quality. Originally, we called them early this year to fix our 20 years heater and they replied promptly and put it back to work in a short period of time. We really satisfied with their job quality and responsibility since they took the job seriously.
Then we considered to replace our 2 set of 20 years old AC/heater this past June. We called them up and they offered us a competitive and reasonable quotation for 2 set system plus 1 water heater. We gave the jobs to them and we have no complaint at all. Our units just passed our township inspection couple days ago.Tom is a well experienced and organized person I ever met. I am happy to recommend this company.

Used the website to set up the appointment for the heat blowing out cold air. Picked my appointment date and time (there is a 2 hour window), received a confirmation immediately via text. The date of the appointment, I received a text stating they are en route and should be arriving shortly which was between the time interval I picked. After service was completed, I received the bill via email which I paid online. Everything step of the way was easy and convenient. The price was reasonable and the technician was very professional. Will definitely use Always Comfy again!!

Tom is wonderful to work with. He goes above and beyond to ensure your furnace is operational and work efficiently. He also leaves the work area clean and neat. I’ll be reaching out to Tom for any HVAC issues in the future.

I called him for AC repair. Waited all afternoon but he did not show up the first time. He said all his appointments are "tentative so he may not always come despite making customer wait during 4
hour window. He did not have the courtesy of calling us for not able to come. Very Unprofessional.

He came 2 days later to check AC. Would not explain the issue before changing the part. Did not tell us the cost of the part not the labor charge to replace it before doing the work. Handed a bill for near.y 5 times the price of the same work we paid 6 months earlier on a different unit. He made us pay $440/hour for labor to change a $20 part in 20-25 minutes. We had to pay trip fee separately.

When asked to explain what he found wrong with the unit he showed an attitude and told us he was here to do the work and not to explain things and wanted us to go to HVAC school to learn. He took advantage of seniors as he saw we did not have much knowledge about HVAC and appeared
hhelpless and stuck.

After the work was done he refused to give written wwarranty on parts and labor . He had readymade excuses for overpricing parts and labor . In addition he left the newly installed part unsecured and Did not tell us about it .

He He I wouldn't trust him neither for rrepairs nor for new unit I called hin because of good reviews but
regret my decision .

Used Always Comfy on two occasions so far - one an emergency when Tom the owner showed up in a couple of hours and dealt with it right away. The second was a full system replacement that went smooth, clean, priced good and very professional. Will definitely use Always Comfy in future projects. Thx Tom!

As a first time home owner, I was fortunate enough to purchase a house which came with an updated central heating and cooling system. Unfortunately, whoever installed the system did a horrible job of doing so.

After moving in, we began witnessing several problems with the system in general, which is when I had the pleasure of working with Tom from Always Comfy. Once an appointment was set, Tom showed up promptly and assessed our problem areas within minutes. He was extremely thorough when explaining what was done improperly, what needed to be done to correct the problem, and how long it would take to fix. Whenever any questions arose, he was extremely knowledgable and took the time to explain things so it was easy for us to understand. He was even able to recommend and install sleek, new thermostats for us with ease.

After rectifying all of our trouble areas, my wife and I have yet to complain about any of the issues we used to have. Like me, if you’re an individual who appreciates things done right the first time around, then I would certainly recommend Tom from Always Comfy if you’re looking to install a brand new HVAC system or optimize the one you currently have.
